She possessed the terrifying, predatory beauty of a pitcher plant. Her upper half was flawlessly humanoid, carved from smooth, pale-green bark. Her lower half exploded into a sprawling mass of thick roots that anchored deep into the chamber's floor and walls, effectively binding her to the Monolith itself. A cascade of blossoming vines served as her hair, framing eyes that burned with ancient, emerald light.
Her glowing eyes tracked them with terrifying intelligence, and as she shifted, the entire chamber seemed to inhale with her.

Nathan drew Moonlight, the tension bleeding out of him, replaced by cold focus. "Standard formation. Mirko, Frost Golem—take the center. Elise, stay back and hit hard. Dillon, Cloudy—keep the air clear. Garrett, Red—flank and burn. Kuro—find me the throat."
