I. THE GEOGRAPHY (The Underworld)

Hell is no longer a pit of fire and brimstone. Over the last 2,000 years, it has been paved, industrialized, and gentrified. It is now a Mega-City divided into 9 Sectors.

Sector 9: The Fringe (Current Location)

* The Slums / The Border.

* This is the "Wild West" of Hell. It is the only unmonitored gateway between Earth and the Underworld.

* Environment: Covered in toxic "Green Smog" (Soul Pollution). Ruined factories, scrap yards, and warlord territories.

* Inhabitants: Scavengers, Exiles, Forgotten Spirits, and Ren Wu.

* Economy: Black Market trading of illicit souls and Spirit Artifacts.

Sectors 4 - 8: The Industrial Belt

* The Factory Floor.

* Here, billions of souls work in massive processing plants to refine "Incense" (Spirit Energy) for the elites.

* Environment: Grey skies, endless machinery, strict corporate police.

* Rule: Controlled by the "Middle Managers" (Judges).

Sectors 1 - 3: The Capital (High Hell)

* The Elite Zone.

* Protected by the Great Wall of Silence.

* Environment: pristine blue skies, white marble skyscrapers, luxury estates.

* Inhabitants: The High Judges, The Ancient Clans, and The Eternal Minister.

* Rule: Absolute Order. This is where the "Real Gods" live.

Earth:

* The Source.

* To the Underworld, Earth is just a resource node—a farm that produces "User Traffic" (Souls and Belief).

II. THE POWER SYSTEM (The Corporate Ladder)

In the modern Underworld, strength is measured by Tier.

* Tier F (The Damned): Normal human souls or weak laborers. Can be destroyed by a strong gust of wind.

* Tier E (Awakened): Street thugs. Can reinforce their skin with Qi. Immune to knives, but not bullets.

* Tier D (Soldier): Mercenaries. Can punch through concrete. Standard corporate security.

* Tier C (Warlord): [Current Level of Chief Kui]. A local boss. Can survive a grenade impact. Moves faster than the human eye.

* Tier B (City Lord): A tactical threat. One Tier-B entity can level a city block in 10 minutes.

* Tier A (Disaster): Walking nuclear weapons. The Capital signs treaties with them rather than fighting them.

* Tier S (Legend): The Old Gods. Myths. They reside in Sector 1.

III. THE MAGIC SYSTEM (Bureaucracy)

Ren Wu does not "cast spells" like a wizard. He enforces Laws.

The Source: Karma (Debt)

* Ren uses the Black Ledger to see the "Karmic Debt" of his enemies.

* Attack: He doesn't throw a fireball; he issues a "Decree of Cleansing."

* Defense: He doesn't hold a shield; he declares "Sovereign Immunity."

* Control: He doesn't use mind control; he forces you to sign a "Vassal Contract."

The Economy: Spirit Silver

* Money = Mana.

* In this world, currency is crystallized spiritual energy.

* Ren's Cheat: He is a "Pay-To-Win" player. As long as his bank account is full, he can cast god-tier spells. If he goes broke, he becomes a mortal.

IV. REN WU'S UNIQUE STATUS

Ren is an anomaly in the System.

* The Body: A Tier-F Human (Weak).

* The Soul: A Tier-SSS Sovereign (Ancient).

* The Conflict: He is a Grandmaster Swordsman who woke up in a world of guns. He hates the new system, but he knows the "Source Code" better than the people running it.

Strategy Guide:

Ren Wu will not beat you in a fistfight.

He will buy your debt, foreclose on your soul, and hire your bodyguard to kick you out of your own house.
