the CEO of Sy Corp, smart, handsome yet strict and cold,his grey eyes always sending cold glares and stares, filled with no sympathy,no mercy for anyone, listen to no one but himself, rumored to be dead and heartless but only two people can tame him. 'Ring~ ring'
"Hello..*Riven answered the telephone in his office with his usual cold look marged on his face*..how is that my business?",he asked over the phone
:"Son, please come home, your mother is sick and really wants to meet you" his father's voice sounded on the other line
"I don't care if she dies,that lady is not my mother!"he snapped and hung up without waiting for a response.
"Bloody old bastards"he muttered and layed his head back resting it on the chair with closed eyes when a knock interrupted him.
"Come in"
The door open and his secretary stepped in dressed in a rather very revealing skirt showing her curvs and her blouse opened till her bust area.
"The files for the next conference are here sir"she said sweetly almost seducing but he wasn't having it.
"Why are you dressed like that,does this place look like a brothel to u?!!"he yelled frightening her.
"No sir, sorry sir,it was just a bit..hot and I needed some..air"she replied
"Is the AC unit in your office not working?!"he asked in a loud voice
"Well uhh...it is sir..b..but-"
"Enough,get out of my office right now, you're here by stripped of your position and will be demoted to the janitor!!"he yelled angrily and she dropped to her knees begging.
"Sir please, I'm sorry I won't do it again, Please don't demote me sir"
"Security, come get this moron out of my office"he said on the intercom and soon, two security men came in, grabbed her and pulled her out as she kept begging.
Those who saw the scene, mostly the females made a mental note not to try and seduce the big boss.
Riven pinched the space between his brows and sighed frustrated then his phone rang.
Seeing the caller's ID,he picked it up
"Hello Grandfather"
"Hello boy,how is work going for you?"the old man asked
"Great, I just demoted my secretary for trying to seduce me"he replied nochalantly
"Seriously boy, you're not getting any younger,u need to settle down and have kids, I want to see my great grandchildren"
"That's not in my yearly schedule, I'll look it up in my next life"Riven replied
"*Sigh*, anyway just come home"
"Why?, work hours aren't over?"
"Just come over, there's something important we need to talk about"
"Ok Grandfather, I'll be there,give me five minutes", with that he hung up
"Get married, dream on"he muttered and began packing up his things.
He made his way to the company's underground parking lot got in his car and zoomed off heading home but his mind was occupied with his ringing phone and failed to notice a child in the middle of the road
"Somebody save that baby!"
A passerby yelled and someone jumped in and grabbed the baby
Riven looked up and finally noticed the child and the person
"F*ck!"
He cussed and slammed the brakes and tires screeched till he stopped an inch away from hitting them.
He came down immediately to check if he hit them only to see a girl consoling the crying child.
"Are you ok?"he asked
The girl turned and glared before replying
"Always watch the road sir, you're not the only one using it,u could have hit a baby"
Riven frowned upon hearing her words but just didn't bother. He got into his car and brought out some cash and threw it at her.
"Here as compensation"he said and then drove off leaving the girl in shock.

Arriving at the Sy Villa's parking lot,he got out of the car and into the house where he was greeted with a bearhug by his sister.
"Big brother you're here"she said excitedly with a bright smile
"How are you Belle?"he asked patting her head with a smile
"I'm fine big brother, I just finished having lunch"she replied
Belle Sy is Riven's younger sister and the gem of the Sy family,13 years old, extroverted and loves to play.
"Ok, let's go meet the others"Riven said and held her hand leading her to the living room where everyone were seated waiting for him.
"Grandson"Grandpa Ru called out Short for Grandpa Ruben
"Get to the point,why am I here?"Riven asked taking a seat.
"Harsh but ok. We've called u here because we wanted to introduce you to your future wife" ,his father Dave replied.
"That's great- My What?!"
"Come in dear"his mom Anna said and in came a beautiful lady with a nice figure and more flesh in the right places.
"Riven,this is Molly, your future wife"Dave said
"Is this a joke because it's not funny?"he asked with a glare
"We're serious son, you're not getting any younger"Anna replied
"Who gave u the right to pick for me?!"he yelled
"I did"Grandpa Ru replied
"But Grandfather, I said no!"he snapped
"Give me one good reason why?"
"Because..."
"Go on, because what? Grandpa Ru asked with a frown
"Because I have a girlfriend ok!!"he yelled
