Rewards!
Renjie froze for a moment—
then quickly understood.
He had been forcibly drawn into the "Hulk Incident."
And because he had altered the original outcome of that event, the system had issued a reward.
In other words
In this world, every "event" tied to a superhero could trigger system rewards,
as long as he personally took part in it
and changed the original ending.
Renjie rubbed his chin and asked curiously,
"System, if I kill the Hulk right now… would I get extra rewards?"
[System Notice: Killing the Hulk will have extremely severe consequences on future "major events" and is not recommended.]
[System Notice: Rewards are only granted if you participate in an "event" and successfully alter its outcome.]
[System Notice: The outcome is not judged as good or evil; the final score will be determined based on your overall performance.]
[System Notice: The next event—"Iron Man II"—is scheduled to commence in four months!]
The system's response was crystal clear.
After fully grasping how the system operated, Renjie was just about to leave the alley—
When Android 18 descended from the sky.
She landed lightly before him, flawless and steady, then lifted her chin with unmistakable pride.
"Mission complete," she said coolly.
"So—where to next?"
Arms crossed over her chest, she looked up at the towering Creator, curiosity flickering in her eyes.
"Back to the underground laboratory first," Renjie replied.
"I need to build some equipment."
"And while we're at it…
I'll upgrade your performance as well."
His thoughts drifted to the Adamantium alloy he had just obtained.
A special metal—
one that even the Green Scar Hulk couldn't destroy.
Wolverine's skeleton itself had been forged from this very alloy.
With Renjie's current intellect,
combined with the technological foundation of the underground laboratory
He could easily use Adamantium
to construct for Android 18 an internal body that was truly indestructible.
"I'm already this strong," Android 18 scoffed.
"Do I really need to get stronger?"
She clenched her fist arrogantly—
And the very air, formless and invisible, exploded under her grip.
The city beneath her feet—
she could erase it with a flick of her hand.
Even destroying the entire planet
would be nothing more than a trivial effort.
The Infinite Energy Device installed within her body
allowed her to fight endlessly, without rest.
Stronger?
Was that really necessary?
Renjie answered her with a soft sigh.
"You're only at the Skyfather level right now."
"There are countless beings in the universe far stronger than you."
"The King of the Nine Realms.
The Sorcerer Supreme.
They're already your equals."
"The ruler of the Dark Dimension.
The Celestials.
The Infinity Stones.
And the supreme gods of the multiverse."
"Their power… is beyond what you can even imagine."
"You were born a Skyfather-level being," Renjie continued calmly.
"That means you can grow stronger through cultivation."
"The Infinite Energy Device—
that's my masterpiece."
"It should be your baseline—
not the ceiling of your strength."
Without hesitation, Renjie raised his hand
and tapped her chest.
Right where her heart would be—
the core housing the Infinite Energy Device.
Android 18 was his first creation.
Limited by materials and the technological level of this world,
she had only barely reached the strength she possessed in the original work.
But once Adamantium was added—
She would surpass her original counterpart entirely.
After all
Android 18 was a perfect synthesis of every martial arts school.
A combat android born from countless fighting philosophies.
Close combat—unmatched.
Ranged combat—infinite energy.
This was the android who had once defeated a Super Saiyan.
The flawless android warrior.
"…Fine."
"I'll accept the modification," she said reluctantly.
"And I'll… train properly too."
Rolling her eyes, Android 18 shrugged in resignation.
Still—
for the sake of the Creator's safety,
she had no choice but to accept a second upgrade.
She activated the energy within her body, forming a protective barrier around them both,
then gently pulled Renjie into her arms.
The two rose from the ground together.
Trailing brilliant streams of light,
they vanished into the sky.
Back at the Underground Laboratory
Before modifying Android 18,
Renjie decided to use the remaining materials
to create two additional android warriors.
That way—
Even if Android 18 went out to fight,
his own life would still be fully protected.
Now that he knew this was the Marvel Universe,
many of the mysteries that had troubled him finally made sense.
For example—
This underground laboratory
was a dark legacy left behind by Hydra.
Its original purpose had been to develop super soldiers
and conduct genetic enhancement experiments.
For reasons unknown, it had been abandoned.
Renjie—
who had transmigrated here in the flesh—
had stumbled upon an unimaginable fortune.
On Sublevel Four, inside the Cryogenic Vault,
nearly a thousand frozen human bodies were stored.
All of them were "exceptional candidates"
selected by Hydra from countries all around the world over the years.
Accompanied by Android 18,
Renjie ventured deeper into the vault
Until his steps unconsciously halted.
His gaze was drawn to one particular female body.
The woman sleeping within the cryo-pod
was a glorious woman.
Her appearance
Was identical to Ada Wong from Resident Evil.
A mad plan began to take shape in Renjie's mind.
He was convinced
This was fate.
Creating androids was simply too expensive.
But genetically enhanced soldiers
could be mass-produced.
After killing Abomination,
he had received a system reward
The Progenitor Virus.
Renjie had inherited the wisdom of
the two greatest scientists of the Dragon Ball universe.
Bulma's brilliance.
Dr. Gero's knowledge.
Their lifelong research.
Their world-changing genius.
From Capsule technology
to time machines.
From enhanced warriors
to infinite energy.
Every blueprint was etched into his mind,
ready to be accessed at any moment.
His intelligence and knowledge
far surpassed even Iron Man's.
Two months
Perhaps even less.
That was all he needed
to fully decipher the Progenitor Virus
and create a stable Tyrant Virus.
Then
He would mass-produce enhanced soldiers,
rise at breakneck speed,
and become a corporate titan on par with Stark Industries.
And finally
From the shadows, as the true boss—
He would rewrite every upcoming Major Event.
