It seemed a pair of faintly coloured purple doors materialized out of thin air. They then parted to provide a path in which Orn and Berry stepped out of. Frank remained in the supposed falling floor for a while examining the transparent walls that he had once feared he would fall off from if he had veered too close to the side of the floor. He walked out of the floor following the path made by the two transparent doors.
He walked over to Berry and Orn, Berry face was perfectly the same as he asked:
[You knew there were transparent walls.]
[Yet you didn't think to tell me that.]
Berry shrugged before replying:
[I thought your wailing was a normal reaction when entering an elevator.]
Frank looked at Berry with a vindictive expression while repeating what he heard him say:
[Normal reaction.]
He shot a glance at Orn who was busy suppressing genuine astonishment and gasping because of the supressed clacking of his mouth that contained choked laughs. Orn tried to retain a semblance of himself before replying.
[If I had told you would you believe me?]
Frank taught about what he said for a moment, his mind conveying the possibility that if he was told there were transparent walls on the side of the floor he wouldn't have believed it and he still wouldn't believe it if that they followed the same mode of transportation back up.
Hiding an expression of dismay he returned to face Orn asking:
[I just hope there is a less exciting mode of transportation that will take us back up.]
Orn said with stifled laughs :
[Yeah, you can use the stairs and even the cart that follows the rail trail.]
[Though, I wouldn't advice you use the cart, the crooked journey might be too perilous for your feeble mind.]
Frank felt like interjecting what Orn said but he quickly stopped himself because, despite Orn's carefree attitude and the short respite of solace he felt after discovering he and Orn were sort of kindred spirit, Orn was still an authority figure.
So Frank decided to be respectfully quiet while prompting Berry to ask Orn where they were going.
Orn was finally able to regain his composure after a few more laughs, he then directed them towards the path in which laid the device he was going to use to test what was wrong with Frank.
Frank decided to start observing his surroundings after stumbling upon a few glowing rocks, pieces of broken carriages and shallow potholes.
He saw an area filled with faintly glowing rocks although they were few and were not giving the vibe that he was walking around a mine he still felt that the area used to be a mine.
He followed Orn and Berry while walking behind them into an open doorway that was surprisingly rowdy with a lot of low class and weak class soul being moving pieces of glowing rocks from place to place, a few skeleton officials were taking in the inventory and carting them into mine carts, and entering the amount of inventory into glowing transparent screens.
He paid little attention to what was going on and then decided to focus on the big metal tube he saw ahead.
He was informed by Orn to start separating the things he had on him away from his body while he he was processed by some low class soul beings wearing security uniforms.
He obeyed them and began looking at what to take off, he glanced at his naked figure filled with wrinkled skin and bones before he realized he had nothing and that he didn't need to take anything off his body.
The official in charge of processing him began taking notes into the transparent screen while other officials proceeded to open the big metal tube coated with silver around it and a purple arc to cover the top, the purple arc was made of a material Frank had no idea about.
A while passed until he was then informed that he could enter into the interior chamber of the metal container.
Frank shot a glance at Berry whose, still face still conveyed no expression as he walked to the interior chamber.
Orn walked to a smart display table as he began to view Frank's readings with a worried expression. He ran the simulation multiple times cursing and saying:
[That is impossible!]
After 5 simulations the chamber that Frank was put inside was opened, he walked outside as he approached Orn. He asked Orn about how the test was and Orn handed him the test results.
[Readings
Race: Half Soul Being / Half Human
Health: Full
Growth: Underdeveloped Soul Vampire
Note: This body has not reached a full state of enlightenment and is being damaged rapidly]
Frank read the same readings that the liches had observed when he was unconscious in the Tournament Bout.
Frank looked at the readings with a look of surprise, worry and confusion as he asked:
[What does this mean?]
Orn looked at him for a while grimly before saying:
[First of all, you are not a full soul being so that is gradually affecting your body structure.
Secondly, despite the fact you have never being a soul being before, you have somehow reached the level of a soul vampire. Either you are lying or someone experimented on you making you forget who you are and attracting another race blood into your body.
Thirdly, since you have not reached the full point of enlightenment your body is gradually rejecting our planet.
If you are not returned back to where you belong and the experiment that was performed on you is not reversed you shall die in barely a month.
Lastly, and the worst of your problems is that you did an expensive test here that could only be funded by life energy bars but I'm just getting information from Berry now that you don't have any energy bar on you]
Frank was thinking about the shocking revelations he had just heard from Orn when he was interrupted by a skeleton official that seemed to be the secretary of Orn as he was asked:
[So how would you pay?]
