"Open the files for me to see."

Documents and data opened in holographic projections before Tony Stark.

Tony Stark quickly flipped through the files. "Max Dillon, an electrician at Osborn Group, accidentally fell into a biological battery full of modified electric eels, and his body was transformed."

He clicked his tongue in wonder as he read about Electro's abilities:

"Tsk tsk, he's practically a different species now! Energy-based, able to move as electricity, control currents, no need for food, only needs electricity to survive. Touching water causes a short circuit, making him lose control over electricity and his energy form. This is unscientific!"

Tony couldn't imagine a human transforming into such a creature, even changing species.

"It looks like our Electro is still stealing electricity. We can't just leave him be. Jarvis, assemble the mark III, then send me the data from the power grid control center. I need to figure out how to stop him."

"Sir, the mark III is still undergoing testing and is not suitable for direct use."

"Jarvis, trust my technology. The simulations passed, so there's no problem. Assemble it quickly. I'm going to catch Smurf."

"Yes, Sir."

---

Leaving Gwen Stacy in a safe place, Peter Parker came to the New York power grid alone. He had fought Electro before, and at that time, the excessive current had burned out his web-shooters. After continuous attempts, he found a way to conduct the current away and modified his web-shooters; otherwise, he wouldn't even be able to get close to Electro.

"Hey, I remember you. You're Max, right? How did you get yourself into this state? Stop it, stealing electricity is bad!"

"Spider-Man, it's time to settle this!" The true electronic sound echoed from Electro's mouth, reverberating through the power grid.

The New York power grid turned into a disaster zone, with adult-thigh-thick lightning bolts striking down occasionally, randomly sending a lucky citizen away.

"Oh, man, don't do this. We can calm down and talk. Don't destroy the power grid anymore!"

Spider-Man began to move frantically, dodging the currents Electro shot out.

He looked back at the wall where he had just been. Hmm, it was gone. The power was too great!

"This power grid was designed by me; all of this is mine! It's all your fault, Spider-Man, everything I've suffered is your fault!" Electro blamed all his misfortunes on Spider-Man, including being caught and studied.

"No, buddy, this has nothing to do with me! I've been trying to get my girlfriend back. If you hadn't messed things up, we should be planning what to do after going to London."

"You still want to play, and you still have a girlfriend! It's all your fault, Spider-Man!"

Countless lightning bolts struck Spider-Man Peter Parker.

"I'll definitely tell Gwen later that Spider-Man can react to lightning!"

Although Peter Parker wasn't truly reacting to lightning, but rather to Electro's moves, dodging instantly with his Spider-Sense. His Spider-Sense could anticipate Electro's attacks before he even made them.

Recalling how he defeated Electro half a month ago, Spider-Man Peter Parker quickly searched for something while dodging lightning.

Dodging another lightning bolt, Spider-Man Peter Parker found what he was looking for: a section of Water pipe, as thick as a car tire.

With a big leap, Spider-Man Peter Parker jumped onto the Water pipe, shot webs from both hands, sticking them to both sides of the pipe. He pulled with his arms, the screws burst, and the pipe was directly broken by Spider-Man's brute force.

Under Spider-Man Peter Parker's web control, the pipe's opening was aimed at Electro floating in mid-air, and a surging stream of Water rushed towards Electro.

Seeing Spider-Man trying to deal with him the same way again, Electro roared:

"Are you kidding me? This attack won't work on me again!"

Gathering electrical energy, a thick lightning bolt struck the rushing Water column. Water and electricity merged, and the surging Water column was suppressed by the lightning, slowly being forced back.

"This is truly terrible!"

Spider-Man Peter Parker cried out, realizing things were bad, and then he was sent flying by a powerful lightning bolt.

Unable to dodge, the lightning struck Spider-Man Peter Parker squarely in the chest. Fortunately, Peter Parker had upgraded his suit with new materials to deal with Electro, and his physical fitness was already very strong, so this blow didn't cause him too much damage.

"Good thing I was prepared!"

Muttering thankfully, Spider-Man Peter Parker flipped and stood up, quickly shooting webs from both hands, firmly sticking them to Electro.

"Do you want to become a roasted Spider, Spider-Man!"

Electro felt that Spider-Man was out of moves; otherwise, he wouldn't do something as foolish as sticking webs to him. Wasn't that just asking for an electric shock?

A current strong enough to kill anyone flowed along the webs towards Spider-Man, but nothing happened except for a series of sparks at Spider-Man's wrists.

"What!" Electro couldn't believe it.

"The power of science!"

Spider-Man Peter Parker pulled the webs tight, forcefully swinging Electro away.

Electro crashed heavily onto a power tower. "Home run!"

Although it wasn't a baseball that flew out, Spider-Man Peter Parker still cheered in this way, but he was celebrating too early.

Electro was not injured when he crashed into the power tower; he could electrify his body, making him immune to most physical attacks.

"Spider-Man, this kind of attack is useless against me!"

"Come and see how this move is!"

Electro once again electrified his body. This time, he no longer attacked Spider-Man with lightning but continuously moved at high speed between the vertical power towers as an electrical current to attack Spider-Man.

The New York power grid center has hundreds of power towers, and Spider-Man Peter Parker's current position was in the center.

"Oh, this is it!"

Before he could finish speaking, Spider-Man Peter Parker was knocked flying by Electro. Just as he was about to find an opportunity to shoot webs and get away from Electro, his Spider-Sense warned him, but Spider-Man Peter Parker was still in the air. His Spider-Sense could react, but his speed wasn't that fast.

So Spider-Man became a ball, constantly being knocked back and forth by Electro, unable to come down from the air.

"Dude, you're cheating!"

On a building not far away, Lionel and Makima quietly watched Spider-Man being treated like a ball. Occasionally, a lightning bolt would strike, but it would be blocked by Kuro, completely devouring the lightning.

"Black Cat Beast did well!"

Lionel didn't hesitate to give Black Cat Beast some praise, but...

Black Cat Beast clearly didn't appreciate it: "Hmph! Don't flatter yourself, I'm just protecting Miss Makima!"

To enhance combat power and cope with emergencies, Lionel also brought Black Cat Beast and Little Bone.

"Are we just going to watch that Spider-Man get treated like a ball?" Makima was quite satisfied with Electro's strength; he seemed to have strong attack power and functionality.

"Wait a little longer, someone else is coming." Lionel didn't believe that with such a big commotion in New York, a certain Stark wouldn't come to join the fun.
