In the silence of the workshop, there was only the echo of my shoes. Now I had begun to go toward Helena with my fast steps because now that kidnapper woman was dead, so now perhaps the effect of her poison also must have finished from Helena. And with this thought, I reach that place where I had left Helena.
The scene there was changed. The fire there had now become calm as if someone had extinguished it; a sharp smell of extinguishing wood and a blurry cloud of steam was floating in the air. But because of the extinguishing of the Fire, the light of that place had again gone. Darkness was again making its grip strong, although now in the entire workshop, because of the opening of its main door, a dim but helpful-to-see-things-clearly light had spread. Particles of dust were dancing like golden lines in that pale light.
But instead of all these things, I begin to move forward toward Helena and after going some distance, I see Helena back. Even in the dim light, seeing her it was clearly known that the blueness of her face had now gone, the meaning of which was that the poison inside her had now finished.
I wanted to take a breath of relief, but I am surprised there when I see a lady in front of Helena.
That lady even in the middle of this destruction was sitting near Helena; her brownish hair was tied in a quite beautiful way and on her face, in her eyes, a strange peace and calm expression was appearing. On that face there was no wrinkle, there was no fear. On her lips, an incomprehensible calm smile was present and she had worn a beautiful gown dress.
But then suddenly a fragrance like fresh flowers and morning dew spread in the air. And despite that lady being so close to Helena, I was not feeling any kind of danger from inside her. She had put both her hands toward Helena and green light was coming out from her hands. That light was pure and cool. And this was perhaps some kind of healing magic which perhaps that lady was using to heal Helena.
I was still looking at that lady when her sight also fell upon me. Seeing her looking toward me I panicked a little, but in the expressions of that lady's calm face, not even a bit of change occurred. That lady was stable like some cold lake, as if this destruction were having no effect at all upon her.
Rather instead, that lady perhaps knew me in some way and she asked me, "Oh boy, are you Jona?"
Hearing which I was a little surprised that after all how does this lady know me?
And how could anyone take my name with so much certainty in this anonymity? But I tell her at that time without any doubt, I say to her, "Yes, I am Jona."
And on hearing just this much she looked at me from top to bottom with those deep eyes of hers, and then that lady gives a reply, "Wow, so you are here, but why are you here? I was surprised hearing that talk of hers, but she said further, "But according to that maid named Historia, you were fighting with that kidnapper woman."
'Historia!' Hearing that name I begin to think that what, Historia? Did she regain consciousness? But after all where is she and how does this lady know about her? Is Historia safe? A whirlwind of questions had stood up in my mind.
But while I was thinking this, just then I hear Historia's voice from behind me. That voice was weak, but in it that same ever-familiar ring was present. My entire body froze with a jerk. I am surprised and turn back.
And piercing that heavy Darkness and silence of the workshop, the sound of footsteps has begun to become fast. And in a few moments, I see that Historia is coming running toward me, and behind her Vyuk is also present. On Historia's face was a strange mixture of nervousness and relief. She comes near me, stops, and asks with a deep worry on her face, "Master! You are fine, aren't you? After all why did you go alone to fight with that woman?"
In her voice, the fear of losing me was clearly reflecting. But I took a deep breath and in a calm tone reassured her. And gave a reply, "Hey, what is there to worry so much in this? Now I have even killed that woman."
Hearing my talk, Historia's eyes went down, as if she were regretting her helplessness. She began to say while murmuring, "But Master, if something had happened to you? I had become weak in front of that woman and after coming into the grip of her Shadow Tentacles, I even became unconscious! But... you defeated that woman." In her words was respect toward me and a guilt toward herself.
But before I could give a reply to Historia's words, Helena began to regain consciousness. In Helena's body lying on that cold floor a movement occurred, due to which the attention of all three of us—me, Historia, and Vyuk—went toward that side. And that lady, who until now was doing her work in silence, took an expression of satisfaction in her eyes.
And just then Helena's eyelids began to move, seeing which that lady also moved her hands back.
That green light coming out from her hands vanished in the air and Helena's eyes slowly began to open. After a few moments her eyes opened fully and those blurry eyes of hers saw this new light for the first time.
But within those blurry eyes of Helena now there was not a fire like some warrior, but rather a shadow of an endless tiredness. I was looking at Helena; inside those eyes, more than a Fighting Spirit, a glimpse of tiredness was appearing. That helplessness of hers was not being seen by me.
And seeing her in such a condition I went near her and sitting on my knees began to ask Helena in a nervous voice, "Helena, after all are you okay? Are you still feeling any poisonous sensation from inside?" In my words was an unknown fear, as if I still did not believe that the danger has passed.
But Helena's consciousness was still lost somewhere. Helena, who was still half-unconscious, without giving a reply to my question begins to gaze at the surrounding Environment. In her eyes was emptiness, as if she were not even able to recognize this workshop which has been destroyed. And I also understand this thing, and therefore then I catch both of Helena's shoulders with my hands and begin to shake her to bring her to consciousness.
I hoped that perhaps my doing so would pull Helena out from this shock. But seeing me doing so, that lady sitting beside Helena stops me and while giving me a reply with her same calm expression says, "Forgive me, but you should not try to bring her to consciousness forcibly right now."
In her voice was a strange authority which forced my hands to stop. That lady was feeling Helena's pulse with her eyes. After which she began to say, "While Healing her, what I felt from inside her, according to that a very different kind of poison was put inside her." She took a moment's pause, as if she herself were in some entanglement.
"But I am surprised seeing this that no kind of medicine has been given to cure her, rather the poison inside her had finished from within her even before my coming here. But after all how can it happen?"
On that lady's face, for the first time in place of that calm smile, a deep question emerged. I knew that she is telling the truth, because with the death of that kidnapper woman itself the effect of the poison had broken. But for a healer, the vanishing of such a lethal poison without any Antidote was nothing less than a miracle.
