Goddess Astoria and Loki exchanged a tense glance. They both refused to back down, which made their guards and servants tense up. Something big was about to happen any second now…
However, a miracle happened all of a sudden.
Goddess Astoria decided to back down and her expression became blank as well. She gave Loki a thoughtful glance before she smiled at him.
"I see. So you are not behind any of this? Then I guess I will take your word for it. I am a little busy, so I will head out now. I hope you decide to stay out of my way in the future as well."
Loki watched with a tense back as his sister finally left. Only then did he breathe a sigh of relief.
"She is finally gone. Thank god for that…but I still have a weird feeling about all of this. I don't like how she backed out so easily…"
Astoria was not someone who behaved like this. She was fierce and hot-tempered. She should not have backed down so quickly before she even had a chance to counterattack…
