In the health lock state, 5% health will be retained no matter how serious the damage is, nullifying the rest of the damage dealt to them.
After they reach the health lock state, immediately teleport and recall them back to the train.
Other than reaching the health lock state, they can also choose to return to the train immediately.
However, any usage of this, regardless of whether it's manual or in a health lock state, will cause them to have a cooldown of this ability's usage, which will last for 3 days.
Each train occupant will have a separate cooldown, so the usage of another will not affect their own cooldown.}
