CHAPTER 226
One moment the Minotaur was a safe distance away from the approaching ball of energy.
The next, he was slammed backward by the projectile, swapping positions with Felix, who had been heading straight toward the attack.
The beast was blasted away, nearly crashing into a wall, but before it could impact the stone, it dug its feet into the ground and came to a grinding halt just in time.
Felix could be seen rising, fresh blood dripping from his mouth.
His eyes gleamed a dangerous, predatory yellow as he beamed in the direction of the monster.
Everybody stared between him and the beast for a brief, silent moment.
"Uh… what was that?" Kai asked, his voice thick with confusion.
Felix blinked at the absurdity of the question for a few seconds. "That was my ability, duh."
Kai and Van exchanged looks before they gulped simultaneously, one question ringing in their heads:
'Werewolves have abilities, too?!'
