But the moose continued to chuckle and say, "Maybe you're right. Maybe you will regret this partnership. But you can take comfort in the fact that you don't have a choice."
"You have to partner with a Gemini and give up on your sect. Since your sect is dying, it makes sense to cut your losses and trade in your manpower for a reliable supply of lifespan."
This was a sore spot for Black Chain, and he didn't want to talk about it further. So he changed the subject, saying, "What do you need me to do, and when do you want me to do it?"
