After speaking she picked the direction of any major city nearby and went there to find a world guardian. She is looking for world guardians so that they can tell her where the symbol of authority of their world is.
Of course, no world guardian would offer that information easily. She might have to kill the world guardian, but she doesn't mind doing so because once all the world guardians are dead, the symbol of authority will reveal itself.
