Marcus nodded. He had heard this story before from Liam Windrunner, inside the First Emperor's Tomb. That was also where he had learned about humanity's first emperor, the man who had led an oppressed race toward strength and independence.
Alana continued, "After the Great Divine War, the surviving races still fought each other from time to time, but things gradually settled over the next thousand years. Then two brutal races appeared. They fed on other races and brought another age of slaughter to the Dreamland Continent: the Blood Clan and the Savage Tribe."
