I had taken a horse and rode as fast as I could all the way to the hunting grounds and I searched for Chadwick while repeatedly screaming his name but no response and I looked around for the hole I had fallen into but couldn't find it anymore and it frustrated me.
"CHADWICK!!!"
I know it is useless of me to come after him but what could I possibly do?
I know I have no power but that doesn't mean I will give up on him.
Tears were in my eyes as I screamed his name with everything in me and yet no response came, frustrating me all the more.
After a while, I heard footsteps and as I looked around in alarm, I saw no one but heard the ruffling of leaves.
The horse I was still seated on began to neigh in alarm and I became extra aware of my surroundings.
Suddenly, more than five armed men jumped out of their hiding places and ambushed me, leaving me wide eyed.
