"You should sleep, we have a long day tomorrow," Clairvoyance informed me as she prepared to sleep on the bare ground.
We were back in one of the caves since we hadn't gotten too far and she had set up a fireplace to warm us.
I couldn't sleep and so I simply watched her until soon she slept or so it may seem and I sat in silence, worrying over Deborah even when I knew she would be fine.
"Clair?" I softly called her name but no response came.
"Clair, are you already asleep?" I tried my luck again, especially when she was turned to the side.
A snap sound instantly drew my attention and I quickly looked at the dark entrance, wondering what may be going outside.
I didn't want to turn off the firewood she had set to keep us warm and give us light but again, I didn't want to be ambushed again.
