It was evening, and the office had finally grown quieter. Most employees were busy wrapping up their work while Sakura stood alone in the company coffee area, making herself a cup of black coffee.
Her thoughts, however, were somewhere else.
She kept replaying the conversation from the morning, wondering if she should tell the members about her relationship with Koharu. Every possible reaction played over and over in her mind, making her sigh unconsciously.
Just as she reached for her coffee—
a pair of arms wrapped gently around her waist from behind.
Sakura jumped slightly before letting out a small breath.
"Koharu…"
She came out of her deep thoughts and whispered, "We're at the company. Don't do this."
The person behind her only smiled.
Then pouted dramatically.
"We've been away from each other for five whole hours," Koharu complained, making the saddest crybaby face she could.
Sakura couldn't help but smile.
"You're unbelievable."
She picked up her coffee, gently removed Koharu's hands from her waist, and turned around to face her.
Taking a small sip from the cup, Sakura looked at Koharu with a helpless expression.
Before she could say anything—
Koharu leaned forward and gently licked the tiny drop of coffee resting at the corner of Sakura's lips.
Sakura's eyes widened immediately.
"K-Koharu!"
She lightly smacked Koharu's shoulder.
"What are you doing?"
Koharu tilted her head, pretending to think very seriously.
"Hmm…"
"Your coffee is so sweet."
Sakura frowned.
"Huh? I made black coffee."
Koharu smiled mischievously.
"Ooh… then it must be your lips that are sweet."
Sakura's ears turned bright red.
"You…"
Trying to hide her embarrassment, she gently pushed Koharu aside and walked past her.
"Behave," Sakura said without looking back.
"Or…"
She glanced over her shoulder, her cheeks still flushed.
"I won't give you a kiss today."
Koharu froze.
"…What?"
Sakura continued walking with a victorious smile.
Koharu immediately chased after her.
"No! Sakura, that's unfair!"
"You can't use kisses to threaten me!"
Sakura giggled.
"I just did."
Koharu caught up beside her, pouting like an abandoned puppy.
"You're bullying your CEO."
Sakura laughed softly.
"No."
She looked at Koharu with a teasing smile.
"I'm just training my wolf."
Koharu sighed dramatically before smiling to herself.
Maybe...
Being tamed by Sakura wasn't such a bad thing after all.
