An Jin knocked on the door hesitantly. "Mi Yin, are you in there?"
Silence. 'Strange,' she thought. 'Did he go out hunting? But with his lazy personality, he doesn't seem like the type to go hunting in this heat.'
An Jin stood at the door for a long time, wavering, unsure if she should call out to him again.
After a while, she heard the scraping sound of a snake's tail.
Then, a faint "Mmm" came from inside the room.
