Chapter 96 - Chapter: 94 Extra

Hey guys, here is the new chapter hope you will liked and read thru everything.

This marks the end of the Minato and Konoha arc. It is now time to return to Daigo and discover what his next moves will be.

This arc was necessary for the story's growth and to help everyone understand why Konoha might seem weak, even though it isn't.

Orochimaru would have been a good Kage for a village like Kirigakure, but not for Konoha, where peace has flowed for generations. The same applies to Danzō.

Ultimately, Minato has always been the perfect Hokage for Konoha

If we hit 400 PW I post a extra chapter you been hitting all the goals to get more chapters

The roof of the Hokage Tower, which only minutes ago had been the epicenter of Konoha's political hope, had been transformed into a cage of death. At the center of the rooftop, Danzō Shimura held his red katana high, a blade whose surface seemed to absorb the light and emanate an aura of ancient blood.

Beside him, his two personal bodyguards members of the elite Root performed a series of hand seals with perfect synchronicity.

"Kekkai: Shishin Hōjin!" the two ninjas roared in unison.

A vibrant, translucent purple barrier rose instantaneously, surrounding Minato and Danzō in a closed perimeter.

The message was absolute: no one would enter to aid the new Hokage, and no one would leave alive. It was a duel to the death in the heart of the village, a necessary purge to decide who possessed the iron will to lead the Land of Fire. Danzō did not waste a second. Unlike in a few years' time, when he'll be past his prime for fighting, this Danzō hadn't lost his touch yet. He moved with the agility of a predator and a veteran wisdom that only decades of survival in the shadows could grant. He wove hand seals at a speed that challenged even the trained eye of a Jonin.

"Fūton: Shinkūgyoku!" Danzō exclaimed, firing multiple projectiles of compressed wind from his mouth like bursts from a machine gun.

Minato disappeared in a yellow flash, reappearing at the opposite corner of the roof, but to his surprise, the projectiles did not just hit the ground.

They tore through everything in their path, and as Minato dodged, dozens more were already hurtling in his direction.

Minato had to throw several three-pronged kunai in different directions to maneuver, quickly realizing an additional trap: Danzō had activated gravity seals hidden beneath the roof tiles before his arrival.

Each step Minato took felt as if his feet were submerged in steel; his legendary speed was being sapped by air pressure and the artificial weight upon his shoulders.

"I warned you, Minato," Danzō hissed, his Root robes billowing violently. "I have studied every one of your tactics since you were a Genin. I know how you think, and I know how your technique works. In this enclosed space, the very air is under my command. You have nowhere to run!"

Seeing that Danzō's vacuum-style wind was closing off his escape routes and that the gravity threatened to immobilize him, Minato decided he could no longer hold back.

The "Yellow Flash" vanished completely from common sight, leaving only streaks of yellow energy bouncing against the walls of the barrier.

He used the Rasengan not just as a weapon, but as a shield, rotating the chakra to dissipate Danzō's vacuum gusts before they could reach him. The clash of energies generated shockwaves so powerful that the tower's structure began to crack beneath their feet.

Determined to show the full extent of his power, Danzō began a new set of hand seals.

"Fūton: Shinkū Ranbu (Vacuum Wild Dance)!"

At the name of the jutsu, the wind around Danzō seemed to take on a life of its own as dozens of vacuum wind blades appeared, launching in every direction.

Minato knew that even with the Hiraishin, he would be caught by such a wide-range attack. He was forced to use a defensive jutsu.

"Raiton: Jiden Hiraishin (Lightning Style: Earth Lightning Guide)!"

As the name implied, Minato grabbed several of his kunai and threw them around him, creating a perimeter where he would be safe.

Then, he focused chakra into his hand, where a surge of electricity crackled before he slammed it into the ground. The current traveled through the kunai, creating a lightning barrier against anything that approached.

Several wind blades hurtled toward him, but the electricity, functioning as a protective shield, rose to his defense, destroying them one by one.

Danzō, sensing that Minato was regaining his rhythm despite the traps, performed a summoning that made the entire village tremble. He bit his thumb, accumulated a massive amount of chakra, and slammed his palm onto the roof.

"Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Baku!"

A thick, dark smoke gave way to a colossal creature: the Baku, the chimeric nightmare-devouring elephant. Without needing an order, the beast opened its enormous mouth

which looked like a bottomless abyss and began to suck in everything on the roof with devastating gravitational force.

The air, the debris, and even Minato's chakra marks were being dragged toward the monster's maw.

Minato felt his feet leave the ground, sucked in by the Baku's vacuum while Danzō prepared a wind technique to cut him out of the air. In a move of pure tactical genius, Minato threw a kunai directly toward the creature's eye.

Simultaneously, he began to run against the suction to generate momentum, concentrating a massive amount of chakra in his right hand. He created the most powerful variant of the Rasengan in his arsenal to eliminate this threat in a single blow.

"Daikidō Rasengan!" Minato roared.

Just as he was about to be devoured, Minato teleported to the kunai flying in front of the Baku's face. Suspended in the air, right in front of the beast's enormous trunk, Minato slammed the massive Rasengan home. The sound was deafening.

The spiral of pure energy tore through the air and struck the creature's nose, expanding into a chakra storm that caused the Baku to let out an agonizing roar heard even at the village borders.

The summon staggered, its suction technique shattered, and chaos returned to the rooftop.

Danzō, seeing his powerful summon collapse, immediately canceled the contract to prevent the creature's death, but that second of concern for his most valuable resource was his fatal mistake.

During the previous exchange, Minato had not been throwing kunai at random; he had filled the battlefield with hidden Hiraishin marks, now concealed by the debris caused by the Baku.

As Minato was propelled backward by the force of the Rasengan, he saw Danzō with his guard down. Using one of the hidden marks, he vanished and reappeared directly behind him.

"It's over, Danzō," Minato's voice rang out, cold as ice, right in the counselor's ear.

Danzō spun, attempting to use his red katana to decapitate the young man, but Minato was already gone.

Using another nearby mark, he dodged the blade and appeared ready for the final strike. With a fluid and lethal movement, Minato connected a Rasengan directly into Danzō's solar plexus.

The impact was dry and brutal, sending the leader of Root rolling across the roof, smashing tiles and spitting thick, dark blood.

Danzō stood up with evident difficulty, his ribs shattered and his chakra fluctuating wildly. However, instead of fear, a wicked, distorted smile, filled with fanatical madness, appeared on his blood-stained face.

"If I am not the one to lead Konoha toward greatness... then I will not allow anyone to rule it in its mediocrity!"

Minato tensed as he saw Danzō's skin begin to be covered by black marks erupting from his chest like venom.

He recognized the technique instantly: it was the Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu (Reverse Four Symbols Sealing).

Danzō intended to become a massive vacuum-sealing bomb that would devour everything within a radius of hundreds of meters, which meant the total destruction of the tower, the death of the Daimyō, and the massacre of thousands of civilians still in the plaza.

That could not be allowed to happen.

Minato analyzed the situation in milliseconds.

The Root barrier was still active, blocking his normal exit marks to the village shelters. If the seal exploded inside the barrier, the pressure would be such that Konoha would be wiped off the map. He needed a distant mark, one outside the reach of the explosion and the village itself.

He closed his eyes, ignoring everything around him, and forced his sensory ability to its absolute limit, expanding his perception beyond the village walls and the surrounding forests.

His temples throbbed, and veins stood out violently on his forehead. "Search... find a mark outside of here," he ordered himself. Suddenly, a small spark of his own chakra flickered in the distance a Hiraishin mark he had left at a desolate border outpost during an escort mission long ago.

Minato nodded to himself. Having located it, he knew he would never again be trapped by a technique like this; he had surpassed his own weakness.

But he had to move fast before the madman killed everyone. Minato sprinted toward Danzō, who was already being enveloped by a sphere of black ink that distorted the space around him.

"DIE!" Danzō screamed one last time, his voice losing its humanity as the seal consumed his body.

At the last possible instant, Minato touched Danzō's shoulder. A blinding yellow flash the brightest Konoha had ever seen illuminated the morning sky. Both disappeared in a blink.

Seconds later, miles away from the village in a rocky and uninhabited valley, a massive implosion of dark energy occurred.

The black ink consumed the trees, the rocks, and even the air itself, leaving a perfect, sterile crater in the ground.

Danzō Shimura died alone, consumed by the very darkness he had cultivated his entire life. Minato, dizzy from the long

distance jump and the superhuman sensory effort, barely stood his ground at another Hiraishin mark, sighing in relief at having survived by the narrowest of margins.

Upon returning to the village with a final jump, Minato found that the purple barrier had vanished with the death of its casters.

The two Root bodyguards, seeing their leader gone and feeling the void where his chakra used to be, attempted to attack him in a final act of desperation.

But Minato showed no trace of his former mercy. With two swift, precise movements of his kunai, both Root ninjas fell to the ground, dead before their bodies even hit the roof.

Silence began to reign over the plaza, interrupted only by the cries of the wounded and the shouts of victory.

Minato walked slowly to the edge of the destroyed balcony of the Hokage Tower. The smoke from the Root explosions began to clear, revealing a scene that restored his strength: in the streets, Uchiha police ninjas and Hyūga trackers were working shoulder to shoulder, coordinating efforts to help civilians and eliminate the final pockets of Root resistance.

The unity that Orochimaru had tried to destroy and Danzō had despised was finally manifesting before his eyes.

Minato felt the warm wind hit his face a wind that no longer smelled of ozone or blood, but of a freedom won at a bitter price. He closed his eyes for a moment, finally accepting the weight of the hat that now rested firmly on his head. The sacrifice had been enormous, but the village was clean.

Konoha had survived its own inner demons.

Sorry if it was a bit short; it's hard to write fights for Minato when he mostly uses Hiraishin and Rasengan
