Conrad's words shook everybody in the room.
The most affected one was Anisa herself due to the last mission and what happened in the mission.
It would not be wrong to think that the reason why Anisa was not that effective was because of her ability and how it interacted with other nen users.
It is powerful, and if conditions are met, it's basically a guaranteed kill ability, but it did not work in terms of a mission or a team battle at all.
Conrad then looked at all of them and clapped for a moment.
"Now that we are a team."
"I will be giving all of you a mission."
"This will be the first mission I will be giving it to you people," Conrad said as he spoke his words.
Everybody stopped thinking and focused.
They wondered what kind of a mission they would be given.
Conrad then said.
"I don't care if you move as a team or as an individual."
"The mission is to put a creational condition on your existing nen abilities."
"I forbid you to use your nen abilities until the mission is complete."
Reginald, Adarte, Anisa, and Lina were all shocked to hear the words of Conrad.
This was not something they had expected at all.
They did not understand what it meant completely.
Conrad then explained it in more details.
"The mission steps are pretty simple."
"Find a mid-level purpose, something that is risky, but still you believe that you are capable of performing and finishing it."
"After deciding on the mission, the purpose, the target, or whatever it is, set it as a condition."
"It should be something like this: "Until I complete this "mission," I will not be able to use my nen ability."
Conrad took a deep breath and then smiled.
"When you complete your mission and receive access to your nen ability, you will find that you can manipulate your own nen ability easier and weaken the existing conditions, like needing a killing intent to activate," he said, looking at Anisa and then turning to look at Reginald.
"Like sacrificing your eyes to keep on using your ability."
He then turned to Lina.
"You may be able to use more Rose Servants using the same amount of time or need less time to use your Rose Servants."
He then looked at Adarte finally.
"The explosiveness and capacity to hold NEN may increase for you."
After finishing his words, he added.
"This needs to be done if you want to elevate your status as nen users and reach even higher heights in your training and capability."
After Conrad finished talking, he counted and then said it.
"The time limit is six months."
"I said all the things needed to be said."
"I myself will go into doing something on my own to improve myself even further."
"Keep the contact between yourselves."
"It is best to move in pairs."
Conrad then nodded to others and left the training room and went to his room.

One hour later, Conrad entered the bathtub to have some calming time for himself.
"I may be harsh on them, but this is needed."
"They are taking too many risks and damage just to keep using their own abilities."
While Conrad felt the warm water around his body, he closed his eyes and calmed his mind.
"I should be having enough yen in the next one to two months to create a new ability."
Conrad thought about his existing abilities most of the time.
"Black Ring – State Of Calm."
"Trinity Archive – Orbs."
"Hand Of The Future"
"Blink – The Vanishing One."
"Sleeping Beast."
"Cane and Blade, Mark of Death and Mercy."
"Immortal Team—Seekers of the Unknown."
"Obelisks—Healer and the Eye."
After Conrad listed the existing abilities, he smiled.
"Now."
"It is time for a resistance ability."
"I need to be resistant towards environmental hazards."
"Such as heat, cold, poison, heavy gravity, and other types of things."
"Even Meruem and the powerful royal guards died from radiation poisoning with their power."
Conrad always had this plan in his mind.
From the moment that he encountered black centipedes in the Hunter Exam, he wanted to have protective measures against poison.
Now that he is more experienced, he believes it would be best to have protective measures against poison, heat, cold, and gravitational differences.
"This is also some sort of investment for the future," he thought.
"The Dark Continent is a weird place."
"Who can say that there are no places there where the gravity is higher by about five to ten times?"
"It would not kill a nen user but cut down their power by 50%."
"It is possible to find himself in a too-cold or too-hot place or completely submerged in water."
"It would be best to have an adapting ability."
Conrad thought about these things, and then something came to his mind.
It was not from this world but from Earth.
Actually, it was not from Earth either, as it did not exist on Earth, but from a fictional universe on Earth.
In the series X-Men, there is a character called "Darwin."
Of course, it would be not that strong but something similar.
Conrad got out of the bathtub and dried himself.
"This needs huge amounts of training and time."
"It seems like I need to start from now on then and go on from there."
"If I want to have resistance to these elements, creational conditions involve getting affected by those elements."
"I may need to forfeit the gravity for the time being."
Conrad left the bathroom and then opened up a beer for himself and looked from the window as his mind worked.
He then started writing the new ability. It will take time and effort, but it will be worth it.
"Creational Condition – 1"
"The user needs to spend one month of time in a 'poison environment.'"
"The user needs to spend one month of time in a hot environment."
"The user needs to spend one month of time in a cold environment."
"The user must feel the elements and not protect himself from them to get used to it."
Conrad nodded.
"This is just the start."
"I may need three to four creational conditions just to have the ability in the first place."
