Lina listened to the words of Conrad and then asked.
"I heard about them."
"I know that they are pretty rare in the most cases..."
Conrad nodded.
"Yeah."
"Most nen users are not nen exorcists, as it is hard to become one and needs a great amount of talent in the first place."
Lina nodded.
Conrad then waited for Reginald and Adarte to arrive.
He left the hut and then looked at the heads.
"Okay."
"Lina, take some bags from the hut."
"We are leaving this place."
In no time, the group moved. Adarte carried Anisa.
Despite the fact that they won the battle and the mission was completed. Nobody felt anything that made them feel accomplished at all.
It is something that they were not capable of understanding at the moment.
All of them had their own problems in their minds.
After the group arrived at the rented apartment.
Conrad looked at them and then said.
"The rooms are vacant."
"I am going to speak to Mizaistom and will be saying that the mission is completed."
"I want you people to rest."
"We will leave this city tomorrow and then meet up again to form the team officially."
Conrad felt it within his soul and bones.
The mission, in terms of nen, was completed. But for the condition to be passed, he needs to notify it and take the money from Mizaistom, and he needs to accept that he completed the mission.
Only then will the ability activate and the new team be formed.
Listening to Conrad, nobody had any problems and just found rooms for themselves and then lay down on the beds to sleep.
The battle was too much for their bodies and mental capacities.
After everybody went to their own rooms, Conrad first took a shower and cleaned himself.
After he left the shower, he placed his hands on the sink and then smiled.
"I survived," he whispered.
"I was a fool," he added and shook his head.
"But, without being a fool, I cannot learn how to become a sage for real." Conrad said to himself.
He then left the bathroom and ordered some pizza and drinks for the whole team and started eating and drinking.
Looking down from the window, he calmed himself.
After he felt full, he called Mizaistom.
"Conrad?"
"Yeah."
"The mission is complete."
"The light upon us is no more."
Mizaistom kept his silence for some time and then said it.
"Thank you. Great work!" he said.
"I will be needing some confirmation images if possible."
"It is not that hard to confirm it, but it is just the procedure."
Conrad smirked and said.
"I have the heads of leader Adex, two of his enforcers, and one of the official members."
"That should be fine."
Mizaistom was taken aback and then smiled.
"Yeah, that should suffice."
"Send me the images and place the heads in a designated location. I will send a person to take them after the images."
"After I take hold of the heads, the money will be wired, and I will be engraving your actions in the hunter associations."
"I believe in no time, you should become a one-star hunter."
Conrad took a deep breath and shook his head. He did not care much about stars or whatnot, but he did not mind it.
"Okay."
"Will be sending you the images and the location of the heads."
With these words, the call ended.
Conrad closed his eyes for a moment and massaged his temples.
"Two billion yen has already been paid."
"Two more billion needs to be paid to the Zoldyck family."
"After I gave the cuts of the team members..."
"I should be left with around three billion yen."
"Not that great but okay."
Conrad made a mental note that he needs more income for himself.
So, it was a plan for the future.
The time passed quickly.

At nighttime, Anisa got up and saw Adarte.
"Adarte..."
"I feel like pretty messed up," she said.
Adarte smiled and then nodded.
"It is great that you woke up."
She looked around and saw that she was in some sort of a room.
"What happened?"
"I only remember that I dropped down after the fight with the woman..."
"She had a sickle for a weapon."
Adarte took a deep breath and told everything that happened after she passed out.
As Anisa listened, her face turned red from the shame.
From her point of view, she let down her teammates.
If she were capable of fighting while her teammates encountered Adex and her remaining people.
Even without the help of Conrad, they may have had a better chance.
But, just after one battle, she was out of the fight and needed to be protected instead.
Adarte could understand what she felt.
"There is no need to worry about what happened."
"You just need to learn from it and go on to your life."
Anisa gulped, and her eyes got a little watery as she nodded.
"I feel weird and weak."
"It seems like I am not able to use my nen like I was used to?"
Adarte got up and then said it.
"When I use Gyo, I am able to see some sort of a miniature beast latched into your shoulder..."
"Conrad told us that it is some sort of a nan curse."
"Not life-threatening but parasitic of some sort."
"While that little parasite is active on your shoulder, you will have problems in your use of nen..."
Anisa let out a cold breath and slowly nodded.
"A new curse that latches onto the target to suck off aura and make them weaker..."
Adarte then said.
"You do not have to worry."
"Conrad also said that it does not look too powerful of a curse, so as long as there is a Nen exorcist we can find, we can deal with it."
Anisa nodded.
"It seems like I was not that great at all."
Adarte laughed.
"Come, everybody is in the other room; they are eating pizza, and there is also beer."
"I think you need that."
Anisa smiled and got up.
"I can't say no to that."
