Now fully aware of everything, the Alpha reached for his wolf Kin, and he was met with silence. Still not sure if he was now dead or just in a human realm.
Alpha Kael knew that as far as he could get access to his wolf, he might be able to find a semblance of control over the situation, so he called out to Kin again, but still got no answer.
Alpha began to panic, completely ignoring the human female who was still sobbing beside him as he sat on the strange sleeping mat.
'Kin, where are you? Come, you stupid mutt, answer me, damnit, but still no answer. Unfortunately, at this point, the Alpha is already losing his cool and starts thinking that the strange chamber is the cause of the non-communication because there is no way an Alpha can live without his wolf.
Without thinking much, the Alpha got up abruptly from the bed, only one goal clear in his mind, run, get away from there, so he runs to the door, startling the human female, yanks the door open and runs out.
He just kept remembering that he was drowning in the water, so if only he could see any water body, he would be able to escape wherever this place is and reunite with his wolf.
Once the Alpha stepped outside the chamber he was surrounded with shapes, drawings he was not familiar with, and he was standing in long corridor, so he just kept running to the end of the corridor until he stepped into a bigger room filled with more things he has never seen, but at the far corner he could see a door, so he took off running towards it, while praying that the door would lead him outside. Immediately he opened the door, he was in a strange world, there was noise everywhere, big blinking things like he saw in the big room, Big moving things carrying people, humans. There was no river in sight, but he still took off running away from where he was coming from anyway.
The human female in the strange chamber was running towards the Alpha, but she was not alone; there were three other human females. He noticed them at that moment, along with the fact that they looked nothing like anyone he had ever seen, especially their clothes and shoes. Then the Alpha looked down at himself and noticed two things, first his hands looked like their hands, human female, and second he too was wearing the same clothing they were wearing, some kind of clothes that held ones body tight.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh," the Alpha screamed long and hard, still looking at himself and touching his face. He was so preoccupied with these that he did not know that he was standing in the middle of an expressway, and cars were jamming on their brakes to stop from hitting him.
He was still staring at the strange color on his fingers and his skin tone, which is beautiful and milky; these were definitely not his hands, he was so lost in thoughts, that it took him time to notice that he was being dragged away from the road as drivers rained insults on him.
But the Alpha was just asking himself how this came to be. ' I am a human female ?? ' Then he starts to laugh loudly, humans passing stopped to stare, some pointing and others sneering.
When he noticed this, his Alpha instincts took over and he growled loud and long at them, baring his teeth. The humans who were watching the whole thing ran away, and the human females kept dragging him back to the chamber he just ran from...
He was still so distracted that he did not notice an older human female, who matched up to him and gave him a tight slap, his neck snapped sideways as he staggered back..
' Okay, this had better be a joke. How dare she slap me? Does she know who I am? But.. why did I stagger back due to that small slap from the human female ?'
He was about to tell her when he heard it
"Kael? Who the hell just slapped us?" It was Kin, his wolf and the Alpha who almost danced in joy... Renewed afresh, the Alpha turned to give the female human a piece of his mind, but she bit him to it..
"How dare you put yourself out there like that? Do you want people filming you and posting on the internet, telling everyone you have lost it? Or worse still, don't you know your action can remove you from the Reality show?" The woman yelled angrily..
Taken aback, the Alpha spoke up slowly, testing his voice, "Reality show? "These words sound like spells. Maybe she's the witch who trapped me here."
" He immediately covered his mouth when he heard how puny his voice sounded..
The human females looked at him in shock as they tried to understand his strange accent. The older female human shrugged it off as if to say she had bigger worries...
"Why are you acting all confused? You are an internet celebrity and you cannot afford to keep doing stupid shit like this all the time." The Alpha wanted to talk, but the older human female was not done..
"How could you sneak out of the house again to go clubbing and then jump into a pool in a drunk frenzy, only to hit your head on the pool floor, like do you have an idea how much money I had to spend today to get the videos off TikTok and Facebook??"
'Okay, something is definitely wrong here, and if i don't get answers I might just lose my mind or something,' the Alpha thought as the most painful headache in the history of headaches hit him hard.
"Ahhhhh, what are you talking about? Who are you people?" He asked as he held until his head, which made him bend to manage the pain..
"It's me, Mariam, your maid and this is your mother, Madam Josey. Do you remember us now?" The first human girl he met in the chamber when he first woke up said hopefully..
" Ma, I think something is wrong with her head, maybe it's better if she sleeps a Bit." The human who called herself Mariam said as she cradled the alpha's head.
"Wow, so now you want to do your job? If you had not been so incompetent, would jewelry have been able to sneak off to a club while you were supposed to be watching her?" The older human said
"Who is jewelry?" The Alpha asked, and the older woman looked shocked but then determined she came closer to the Alpha and asked..
"Don't you know who you are ??" The Alpha nodded slowly.
"I am Alpha Kael Manori of the Redmoon pack, a feared warrior and next in line to become the Alpha King of our six-pack district. Look, I know my pack is currently looking for me so I would ask you to show me where I can find the sacred river that brought me here or better still, a shaman that can send me back."
Everyone was silent except for the quiet sobbing of Mariam. The older human female quickly turned and walked away as she instructed the other female humans to take the Alpha inside and wait with her until the doctor arrives.
As they dragged the Alpha inside, he kept asking," Please tell me the truth, how did I end up here? I know my people are angry about my pervert of a father, but is it possible that they paid you to keep me here ?"
Mariam sighed quietly as they led the Alpha to the room and let him lie down on the bed." You need to rest, ma'am. The doctor will be here, because you cannot be in this state by tomorrow for your big day."
"Tomorrow? What's happening tomorrow?" The Alpha asked.
"Tomorrow you are joining the reality TV show, did you forget that too?"
