[One Week Honeymoon - Beach Resort]
Rain and Prapai spent their honeymoon disconnected from the world—just them, the beach, and healing together.
They slept late, ate good food, walked on the beach, made love, and talked for hours.
"What are you thinking?" Prapai asked one evening as they watched the sunset.
"That I'm completely happy. Not just okay, not just surviving—genuinely happy."
"You deserve it."
"So do you." Rain turned to face him. "Pai, thank you for waiting for me. For being patient while I healed."
"I'd wait forever if needed."
"I know. That's why I love you."
They spent their last night making love under the stars, on a private section of beach, feeling free and alive and loved.
[Return Home]
When they returned to Bangkok, reality waited—jobs, responsibilities, life. But they faced it together.
Rain threw himself into his work, designing more trauma-informed spaces. Prapai supported him fully, never complaining about late nights or Rain's passion projects.
Their life settled into a beautiful routine—morning coffee together, separate workdays, evening walks, shared dinners, comfortable nights.
It wasn't perfect. Rain still had occasional nightmares. Still had moments of panic. But Prapai was always there, steady and supportive.
One night, three months after the wedding, Rain woke from a bad dream.
"I'm here," Prapai murmured immediately, pulling Rain close. "You're safe."
"I know," Rain breathed. "I know. Just old ghosts."
"Want to talk about it?"
"No. Just... hold me?"
"Okayy."
As Rain drifted back to sleep, he thought: this is what love should be...
And he'd never settle for less again...
