Clara Grant looked up and saw a waiter standing in front of her. She quickly raised a finger to her lips, signaling for him to be quiet.
Then, before Seth Quinn and Faye Jennings could turn around, she quickly stood up and, feigning as if she had just arrived, calmly walked over and sat down in the seat opposite them.
Although Seth Quinn hadn't explicitly accepted her feelings, he hadn't rejected them either. Besides, some things didn't need to be spelled out.
So, Faye Jennings automatically assumed he had accepted her.
Therefore, she was still lost in her own joy at that moment and didn't seem to notice that Clara Grant had returned.
As for Seth Quinn, Clara Grant glanced at him. He was elegantly eating his steak with a fork, showing no intention of acknowledging her at all.
