Jessie Sterling finally stopped crying. She glanced at Victor Morgan and belatedly asked, "Where's our son?"
Even though she had been a bit disappointed that she wasn't having a little princess, this little guy had been kicking around in her belly for almost a year. She'd definitely grown attached. Jessie turned her head to look, but when she didn't see her son, she couldn't help but ask.
Victor Morgan: "He's probably still in the observation room."
The private hospital was very thorough with newborn check-ups, but he hadn't had time to pay attention to that. Anyway, he had already told his family this morning that Jessie gave birth last night, so there were probably quite a few people there by now.
The baby's paternal grandparents and maternal grandmother were all there, so as the father, he had nothing to worry about. Therefore, ever since Jessie gave birth, Victor Morgan hadn't even laid eyes on his child.
'But Victor felt it was best not to tell Jessie about this just yet.'
