"We're still outside!" Jessie blurted out anxiously.
Victor Morgan laughed out loud again. "It's fine. The crew won't leave their workstations, so no one will be on deck."
Jessie: "!!!"
Just then, a GURGLE reached both of their ears.
Victor Morgan froze for a moment. But once Jessie realized what that sound was, all the blood in her body seemed to boil and rush to her face.
"Hahaha—"
Victor Morgan finally let her go, but his laughter filled Jessie's ears completely.
"Let's eat first," Victor Morgan said, looking at Jessie with a smile. The amusement in his eyes was impossible to hide.
Jessie, however, was already bright red with embarrassment. She wished she could find a hole to crawl into and pretend no one could see her.
'This is so embarrassing!'
Jessie thought.
'Who could have guessed that my stomach would protest at a time like this!'
