"I know what you're worried about."
Aidan Dawson walked up to her. "When you said you needed to think about it just now, I guessed you had your reservations."
"I don't want to hold you back. Our lives are just too different."
"How are they different?" Aidan Dawson said, his voice full of emotion. "No one is more perfect for each other than we are."
Aidan Dawson glanced down at Nathan Lynch and gently ruffled his hair. He then looked back at Victoria Vance, his gaze exceptionally firm. "I did a lot of thinking on the way home... and I've made up my mind. We won't have any children after we get married. Nathan will be my only child. He'll be my son. I've already discussed it with my parents, and they respect and support my decision. I have a younger brother who's in a stable relationship, so you don't have to worry about anything on my family's end."
"Aidan, you..." Victoria Vance said in disbelief. She never imagined he would be willing to go this far for her.
