Jenna Shaw wasn't being self-deprecating when she said this; it was just that her brother was truly a genius.
Ethan Shaw was a true prodigy, able to accomplish anything with ease. Jenna had never seen him worry about a single thing; he always had an air of calm composure.
She had never even considered competing with Ethan for the inheritance. She much preferred traveling the world to managing a company.
Jonathan Shaw sighed. "You and your brother really are polar opposites."
Susan Hughes spoke up. "Why are you so demanding of the children? Let Jenna do whatever she wants. It's not like the Shaw family can't afford it."
Jonathan Shaw could only nod. "You're right, Mom."
Susan Hughes then went back to cooing over Ian Shaw.
Jane Chandler looked up. "Where's Walter? Why isn't he here yet?"
Jonathan Shaw's expression darkened. "Walter Ford said he was too busy to make it to Mom's birthday banquet last time. What, is he still too busy today?"
