Chapter 510: Green Gourd
After hearing Hamura finish explaining the origins of the Tenseigan, Naruto sorted out several methods for evolution.
The Otsutsuki on the moon and the Hyuga in the Ninja World exchange eyes, or the two clans obtain each other's Chakra.
