She frowned slightly, worry creeping in. "But if he doesn't take a car and doesn't know the way, how is he supposed to find us? He's lived for so long, but his human body has basically stayed in the mindscape. What if he gets lost… or worse?"
Ryan couldn't help but sigh. "You're worrying for nothing. When the time comes, he can just turn into a bird and fly over."
He added calmly, "Besides, he can sense my location. If he still manages to get lost like that, then all these years of cultivation would have been for nothing."
Mary blinked. "Oh… so that's how it works."
She sat up. "Then I'll go back to the mindscape and bring him out now."
She checked the time again. It was almost six o'clock. Dawn was close.
Ryan also glanced toward the window, where the sky was already beginning to pale. "Alright. I won't go in. I'll wait for you outside."
Mary returned to her mindscape and went straight to Aurelius Von Obsidian's room. She raised her hand and knocked.
