Su Yu didn't know what the others were thinking. After Gallade appeared, he looked directly at Bu Ni and spoke calmly. "Let's fight in the nearby forest. You can't destroy my breeding house or the orchard. There's an open area nearby that works perfectly."
Bu Ni nodded without hesitation. "Alright. I'll wait for you there." As she spoke, she released her Metagross and jumped onto it, letting it carry her straight toward the open area. She clearly knew the place well.
When the Flash Metagross appeared, the surrounding students instantly erupted in excitement."A Quasi-God!""And it's Shiny too!""That's amazing!""That's my favorite Pokémon!"
Everyone rushed to follow, their excitement boiling over.
Su Yu shook his head slightly, recalled Gallade into the Poké Ball, and shouted into the room, "Gardevoir, come here. Take me there. Xiao Yu, watch the breeding house for me."
As his voice fell, Flash Gardevoir teleported to his side and instantly carried him away.
The moment everyone realized what they had just seen, the crowd froze again. Another Shiny Pokémon—this time a Gardevoir. The shock hadn't even settled before people started running again, afraid of missing the battle. This was shaping up to be even more exciting than anything shown on television.
However, before they could reach the battlefield, a Garchomp landed heavily in front of them. Shortly after, Chen Xier ran over, her expression serious. "Everyone, please don't go any further. The battle ahead is extremely dangerous."
Wild battles without protection were no joke. Seeing Garchomp and hearing her warning, the students instantly sobered up and stopped advancing. Chen Xier continued, "They're both extremely strong. Stay here and watch from a distance."
At the battlefield, Bu Ni had already released Empoleon, with Flash Metagross standing beside her. Su Yu arrived soon after, releasing Gallade and keeping Gardevoir by his side.
Some of the students were confused. "Teacher, why are they keeping Pokémon next to them during the battle?"
The teacher explained patiently, "Wild battles are very dangerous. Pokémon won't hold back, and they won't have time to protect you. Keeping a Pokémon nearby is a safety measure—whether to block stray attacks or defend against wild Pokémon."
The students finally understood. This wasn't knowledge taught in classrooms—it was experience gained in the wild.
The battlefield fell silent as Gallade and Empoleon stared each other down from fifty meters apart. Su Yu briefly assessed Empoleon. It was at the peak of Elite level, just one step away from breaking through. Bu Ni's Pokémon lineup was terrifying.
"Let's start," Bu Ni said calmly, raising a jar. "When it hits the ground."
The moment it shattered, both Trainers spoke at the same time."Sword Dance."
Gallade and Empoleon boosted themselves simultaneously. Even though Gallade had only recently been conquered, it followed Su Yu's orders flawlessly. Once it recognized a master, its loyalty was absolute.
Bu Ni attacked first. "Metal Claw!" Empoleon rushed forward, its speed astonishing."Fury Cutter!" Su Yu responded instantly.
Gallade's blade extended, glowing turquoise as the two Pokémon collided. Metal rang out repeatedly, shockwaves tearing across the field. The students watching from afar felt their hearts race—just the collision alone was terrifying.
The battle intensified. Empoleon fired Hydro Pump at close range, only for Gallade to vanish with Teleport. Water blasted the ground where Gallade had been moments before. Whirlpool attacks, Psycho Cuts, Double Teams, counterattacks—skills flew back and forth endlessly.
Bu Ni soon realized something crucial. When she saw the blue light flash in Su Yu's eyes, she understood. Psychic abilities. That explained everything—why Gardevoir and Gallade followed him, and why illusions and feints were useless.
The fight escalated further. Gallade moved with increasing precision, its strength steadily climbing under Su Yu's command. Empoleon felt the pressure mounting, and Bu Ni had no room for error.
Spectators retreated even farther as attacks nearly swept them away. The forest trembled, residents and orphanage children gathering at a safe distance. Even Aunt Wang stood stunned—this was a battle you normally only saw on TV.
Then, suddenly, both Pokémon vanished and reappeared, colliding at incredible speed. Su Yu and Bu Ni instantly realized what was happening.
They had broken through.
Both Trainers stopped issuing commands, letting the Pokémon fight freely. The clash grew uncontrollable. Explosions echoed like missiles, forcing Gardevoir to teleport Su Yu away for safety. Bu Ni did the same.
"This can't continue," Bu Ni said seriously. "Make them stop."
Su Yu scratched his head. "They're already fired up. Let them finish. We'll eat dinner afterward."
Eventually, Su Yu used Psychic to communicate directly. "Finish up. Come back for dinner."
The Pokémon paused, looked over, then reluctantly disengaged. The battlefield below was completely reshaped, the terrain ruined.
As Gallade and Empoleon returned, the crowd erupted into discussion. Videos were uploaded instantly, titles already prepared to shock the internet.
Back at the breeding house, Bu Ni transferred the payment. Empoleon complained loudly, clearly unhappy about the interruption. Su Yu laughed and translated casually, leaving Bu Ni speechless.
Later, Chen Xier returned with the children, praising the battle. The kids swarmed Gallade and Empoleon, treating them like heroes.
Meanwhile, business exploded. Orders poured in, deposits exceeding one million. By the time Su Yu came downstairs, Xiao Yu had stacks of contracts waiting.
After reviewing everything, Su Yu nodded. "We'll start production tomorrow. I'll register the patents first, then teach you the formulas. From now on, you handle intermediate energy cubes—I'll focus on high-end ones."
The three assistants agreed eagerly.
Su Yu smiled. "After this, I'll take you into the wild. You'll need Pokémon of your own if you're going to keep up."
The future of the breeding house was officially set in motion.
