Chapter 13 - 13

He had several names, various companies; he would have to maintain a reputation and an image to protect.

"Sir, Delphos, we have a meeting. The topics are costs and expenses, as well as city administration," the woman said, waiting for him as they went up in the elevator.

"Some demons, vampires, and werewolves are waiting for you to discuss another part of the meeting," the woman said.

She was a short woman with red hair that looked like a porcupine's, so bristly, and she wore a small black suit when she walked beside him. She was thin and short, with slanted eyes.

"Again, they're not going to give up?" Tsuki said.

"It's part of the business agreement between the alliance and the majority shareholders," she said.

These weren't just any businessmen; they were the devils with whom he had some dealings, periodically trying to prevent a cartel from trying to oust him from the presidency of his company, as well as engaging in industrial espionage and gambling.

He found them, he would talk to them, convince them, make them believe that he could truly change the future, he lured them into business on Earth, he made them direct their attention to him.

He had Circe, the immortal Greek sorceress, as a mediator; she was there, being one.

Tsuki was involved in too many problems; he was visited and pressured in the middle of his company's negotiation room.

- Trigon...? – Tsuki was greeting him.

What? Again?

"Why not?" Lucifer asked him.

"This was a bet we started, but you're involved. If you manage to win him over, or let him win you over, all the better for us," the demon said.

"I don't know if he would fall for my charms; I've never been in a relationship with a man," Tsuki said.

"Well... well..." the demon said, "...There's nothing better than a first time for everything."

"He could be your new and surprising experience," a demon said cunningly.

"Don't forget that he's dominant, you're new to our circle," another demon said.

It's a long road to becoming a demon.

– You can let him stay; if you control the demonic dimension that is our enemy, he will ally with us. Besides, he controls a part of another werewolf clan.

"Nothing better than making the man calm down with you," he said. "We're talking about a truce, a peace agreement," another said.

Provided you make it clear that you maintain parallel relationships and that you won't stop going out and having sex.

"Many worlds and dimensions are undergoing the same conversion. If we maintain peace among the space beasts, another group of vampires is also interested in the alliance; they are waiting for a letter to begin negotiations," another said.

"What do you want?" he asked.

Finally, the bar went dark, and the people didn't leave; they just watched, but not before he was overwhelmed by the demon's presence.

"I want to make a bet with you," he said. "How long will he stay at your feet?" he said.

"It depends on how much effort I put into it," Tsuki said.

"Besides negotiating so you can win Darkness over, at least let him win you over and invest in you," another said.

"He'll try another excuse about an invasion and an attempt to bring about the apocalypse, so you can try to win him over, using your physical allure," the demon said.

"Waiting for the end of the world and the destruction of the human race is faster and more rewarding than being the architect of that event," another demon said. "Meanwhile, let's bring prosperity, some contracts, collect lives and souls," another demon said.

"There is an imminent war between some werewolf clans and other vampire clans, due to the fact that the city is rebuilding, but few are able to maintain a truce," a demon said.

– Darkness is one of the only leaders who has managed to unite more than a sum of planets, houses, nations, and other dimensional clans in a common purpose. If we can convert him to the Order of Um-Mu, then, in addition to dominating the multiverse and preparing ourselves for any eventuality, he will no longer be our enemy, nor will he enslave worlds. – A priest of Um-Mu said.

There was no way out there, he was being pressured, with a bazooka in his closet.

- Why... me? – He thought of escape routes, but more appeared around him: Trigon, Lucifer , Mammon, Michael, Raphael, Azazel, Neron, Spectro, Nekron, and Phantom Stranger, all sitting around him at the table.

"Come on, let's arrange a meeting. He'll be on Earth. Let's let him have a piece of you, let him experience it. Between the invasions, he needs to be distracted and converted," Amasteus said. Besides being a demon, he was also a lawyer.

"What are you all doing here...?" Tsuki asked. "Everything so that I can unite with Darkness."

"For invasions and war, for the greater good," Amasteus said. "You will not escape responsibility," Amasteus said.

"We've come to place a bet," Trigon said as his spokesperson.

"What are we betting on?" Tsuki Miki asked.

"Wouldn't you be interested?" Spectro asked. "You'll be on the side of the greatest god of darkness, a great king and lord of vampiric, demonic, and supernatural races, and on top of that, lord of an entire race," Amasteus said.

"So, what are you going to bet?" Tsuki Miki asked, seemingly without a way out.

"How long will it take him to take my virginity?" Tsuki asked.

"The wager is this," Lucifer said .

"At the very least, we will distract the heroes of each of the cities in America so they won't find out, until we manage to forge the greatest alliance of all: the human empire and hegemony. And the entire human race, neither the heroes, armies, nor nations will discover this," Amasteus said.

"No one will discover this before we conquer worlds and buy all the companies on Earth. We only need good old human greed. They'll hang themselves trying to destroy your company. We'll set a trap, attracting investors and unscrupulous individuals who will try to buy your company or incriminate themselves by spying on it," said Lucifer .

"And who said that any hero would kill for each of you?" Tsuki Miki questioned.

"Let's simply stick to the matter," said Neron.

"They will all get into trouble with their own laws because of money and greed," said Lucifer .

"What?" Tsuki Miki asked. "Would it be that easy?" Tsuki questioned.

"And what do you want with this?" Tsuki Miki asked, feeling a headache, anger, and resentment, and he knew it wasn't a hangover.

"For money," said Azazel.

"A lot of money," said Neron.

"It seems he'd get rich just by letting humans get away with it," said Tsuki Miki.

"You would gain credibility, as well as a place in our alliance, by earning the right to be the avatar of ruin, that prince of ruin," Amasteus said.

"That, in addition to the human greed that would be used to cause their opponents, some rival companies, to fall into ruin, crimes like tax evasion, is just asking the senate to increase the value; desperation and debt will do the rest," said Azazel.

"To prove that even the most valiant of heroes succumb to the sins of gluttony and ambition," said Neron.

"They won't do it so quickly, it might take a while," said Tsuki Miki.

"So, if you believe in it so much, Tsuki Miki, bet with us," said Azazel.

"And what would I get out of it?" Tsuki Miki asked.

"The fact that you saved innocent people and prevented others from dying," Spectro said.

"Due to the impending war between some vampire and werewolf clans...?" Amasteus said.

"You're perfect for us," Spectro said.

"You will be the judge and mediator of the bets," said Trigon. "What are we doing?" said Trigon.

"And why do you think I would help you with anything, or simply participate in your schemes?" Tsuki Miki retorted.

"Because if you don't accept," said Azazel.

"We'll go after one after another until we find one, and he or she will be part of our wager," Trigon said.

"And you would gain nothing from the shedding of innocent blood, besides supernatural invasions," Amasteus said.

"And they will have no choice in the end," said the fallen angel, Michael.

"Do you think it will be that easy?" Tsuki Miki asked.

"If your opinion is lacking, others will emerge," said Nekron.

"This will happen whether you like it or not," Trigon said.

"You are just one of the chosen ones," Neron said.

"So, what are the bets?" Tsuki Miki asked.

"You will bet, or you can prevent it," said Neron.

"What's the stake?" Tsuki Miki asked.

"The bet is this," Rafael said.

"The rules of the bet," Trigon said.

"Well, what you would gain with a lifetime contract, besides doing what you love, is discovering new pleasures and being at the forefront of our schemes," a demon said.

"Two heroes from each city at the end of two weeks," Trigon said.

Even if all the sinless heroes fight, they will not be able to face the monsters in the war, which will expand and spread to all sectors and corners of the multiverse.

"That which will engulf and swallow, the destruction and death of every city, being pure and innocent, if it kills a person of its own free will, it must kill an innocent person without sin. At the end of two weeks, if they kill, they will receive 700 billion dollars," said Azazel.

"They may or may not kill," Trigon said. "They are free to do so or not," Trigon said.

"Initially, with our alliance, you will receive a sum of 700 billion dollars and 30 gold bars for the first hero, provided they kill seven innocent people within three days," Trigon said.

"And what if they don't kill them?" Tsuki Miki asked.

"That's a relief; no conflict can be stopped without sacrifices," said Azazel.

Tsuki Miki asked .

"Simple as that," said Azazel.

"What if I stop it?" Tsuki Miki asked. "What do I get out of it?" Tsuki Miki questioned.

"Besides the fact that you prevented someone from being killed?" Trigon asked.

"Will you save souls who may or may not go to my kingdoms?" Trigon asked. "The glory of saving the innocent."

"To control and manipulate the lord of all destruction, the architect of invasions and the destruction of worlds," Trigon said.

"Three days?" Tsuki Miki asked.

"Yes, that's enough to bring everything to light. He'll be here in three days, and we'll arrange for him to meet you outside the bar," one of them said.

"He's not going to rape me?" Tsuki asked.

"At most a finger taps," another said. "Unless you allow it," a demon said.

"Okay," said Tsuki Miki. "Is there anything else I need to do?" Tsuki Miki asked.

"Observing each of the heroes who might be prevented from finding out is up to us; no one will know about the relationship until everything is finalized. After all, there are many allies and enemies who can be manipulated," Trigon said. "You will be the judge," Trigon added.

"When are you going to do that?" Tsuki Miki asked.

"Now," they said.

- What...? – But then smoke appeared and everyone there disappeared.

The next second, he heard a bang, and all the televisions began to flicker, the ground shook, the sky was enveloped in a red fog, and around him, they heard voices. They were watching countless television channels focused on their past and their history, with reports from various shareholders who began to be accused of tax evasion.

Tsuki Miki left everything there, and when accompanied by all the people who came out of there and heard and saw Nekron himself and other heroes, and throughout all the heroic cities, above the sky of the cities, they began to monitor the events.

"We will keep watch on them, gathering evidence that proves we will take justice into our own hands," Mammon said.

"We will propose negotiations regarding the maintenance and infrastructure of the city for future celebrations and festival holidays, during which everyone will be distracted, no one will know where they are, who did it, or what happened..." one of them said.

"Everyone will be very busy eating, drinking, and partying," another said.

About that.
