Chapter 2: Into A New World With Broken Abilities
[ LEO POV ]
"Hahahaha. Just call me Sir, its alright. As for why you are here. Your right I could've erased your memories and sent you on your way and everything would've been fine. However, I will do no such thing. Since you have been wronged I will compensate you appropriately. So young Leo, I will allow you to chose the world you want to be born in, the creature you want to be born as, you can decide your name, age, appearance and I will also be granting you 3 wishes." Good said in a warm, almost fatherly tone.
'So basically, I get to chose everything about myself and I'm granted 3 wishes. Hmmm, this is hard. Firstly, the world. Let's see….. uhh I honestly don't know.' - Leo
"No worries Leo. Let me help you out a little bit. I will give you options from which you can pick from. Here you go."
As God said that, a translucent blue rectangle appeared infront of Leo with a bunch of options.

Oh right, that's how I chose. Silly me. I forgot I could just ask to go into the world from a movie or anime from my previous life. Right so now which one should I chose.
Let's remove the ones I'm most likely to die in or those that are just annoying like Attack on Titan, Marvel, DC and so on. Next let's see which ones would be nice. Hmmmm…. I think I know which one I'll chose. I'll be going with My Hero Academia. Why? Because it's the easiest if you have a good quirk. Has the most beautiful women and it was my favourite anime back in my previous life.

Right, next I have to pick my identity. What I'll look like. What I'll be called. How old I'll be. I never actually liked the name Leo. Just had to live with it because it would've taken too long and too much effort to change. So now I get a redo.
'Alright Sir, I want my name to be Kurokawa Oni (Black River Demon). I want my appearance to resemble Jang Ilso from Return of the Mount hua sect. And my age to be the same as the main cast from My Hero Academia except I want to go to the world 5 years before UA starts in the anime.'
"Everything's done. Also, where would you like to begin. I can drop you in America, Canada or Musutafu if you'd like. And tell me your 3 wishes but remember, they can't be world breaking powers, try to balance it all out yourself and I'll tell you if I'll allow it."
'If you could, can I go start in Musutafu, near Momo Yaoyorozu since she lives in a rich area, in a house owned by my parents who are now dead, and a non-existent uncle that "checks up on me" so the authorities stay away when I live alone. Also I don't want there to be a problem with my ID or anything, just put it down as I'm quirkless.'
Now, my wishes. Wish 1 - I want a system. The system should have my information such as my stats, name, quirk and age. It should also give out missions depending on the situation I'm in like in quest supremacy manhwa. The system should have a shop which I can buy things from using points earned in missions. Missions should give me points, stats, and skills as rewards with no penalties. And I want a random gatcha tab which could possibly give better rewards than the shop but it's balanced since it's random. And the rest of the system I think is balanced aswell since I will actually be working/doing missions for my rewards and points to buy things.
Wish 2 - I want cloning. I want my clones to have the same stats as I do, and I get to chose how they look. The clones are able to use my quirks as well. To balance this out, I can only summon 1 clone per year.
Wish 3 - I want a quirk. The quirk should be the same as All for One. I get to steal quirks. I can steal quirks by looking at someone similar to the hypnosis thing, as long as someone is in my field of view. Not only that, I can have the option to upgrade the quirk I steal or steal it as is.
"Hmmm.. 1 and 2 are fine but don't you think your 3rd wish might have to be balanced out a little?"
'I don't think so sir. Firstly this whole thing is for my compensation. Secondly the quirk is an already existing quirk and since a wish is supposed to give me an edge over others, I merely tweaked it do be better than the original where I have to touch others to steal their quirks.'
'Please sir, allow it!'
Honestly if I could get on my knees and beg I would. Unfortunately, I'm a soul and have no physical body.
"Sigh.. fine I'll allow it. You can do as you wish and remember once you die you will be sent back here to meet with me. Don't do anything bad or try to balance your bad deeds with your good deeds so I won't be forced to send you to hell. Also, I will allow you to remember memories of your past life. Usually I'd have to wipe them out but it's fine I'll allow just this once. Well then young man I wish you luck in your new life."
As soon as God finished speaking, a new green portal opened up behind me and sucked me in. And my vision faded as I fainted.
