Chapter 8 - Rouge on His Lips, and a Shocked Kushina

Kushina's eyes burned red with fury.

"You tell me all this — aren't you afraid I'll go to Minato?

Or the Third?

Or are you planning to follow your teacher Orochimaru and become a rogue ninja?"

Evan let out a cold, twisted chuckle.

"Whether you tell them or not… who would believe you?"

He spread his hands arrogantly.

"Kushina-nee, do you really think there's anyone left in Konoha that I'm afraid of?"

"I'm not saying I'm invincible in this village…

But if I wanted to leave,

nobody could stop me."

His eyes flickered dangerously.

"And before I leave, I could kill Minato if I wanted.

Do you think he'd ever guard himself against me?"

"You— you wouldn't dare!

That's impossible!"

Kushina shook her head rapidly.

"You're sixteen! How could you possibly have Kage-level strength?

Not even the First Hokage—!"

Evan rolled his eyes.

If only you knew.

Hashirama was a walking cheat code.

"For me, sixteen years is more than enough."

He lightly brushed his fingers along her cheek — not seductively, but with a terrifying calm.

"Kushina-nee… follow me, and you won't lose."

The moment he spoke—

Golden lines erupted across his body.

A majestic, translucent figure formed behind him, outlined in radiant gold.

Ancient armor.

Flowing divine patterns.

A colossal phantom of power.

A miniature, weakened form of Heaven-and-Earth Manifestation.

A crushing spiritual pressure washed over Kushina.

She stared, stunned speechless.

What is this?

How does he have such power?

The aura made her feel like an ant beneath a god's shadow.

"Kushina-nee, why so quiet?"

Evan tapped her cheek lightly, mocking.

"Weren't you going to report me?"

Kushina's face turned pale.

Her voice trembled.

"What… what are you?

Are you even human?"

ヾ( ̄□ ̄;)?

"Don't talk nonsense.

I'm your dear little brother."

Evan smiled, leaned closer—

And pressed a brief kiss against her lips.

Not forceful.

Not explicit.

But enough to steal her breath and shatter her composure.

Kushina gasped, eyes squeezing shut—

a single tear sliding down her cheek as despair crashed over her.

Just when she braced for him to escalate—

Her body suddenly relaxed.

She opened her eyes.

Evan had let go.

He stepped back with a soft laugh, turned, and walked down the stairs as though nothing had happened.

Only his carefree silhouette remained.

Kushina stared after him, completely shaken.

What kind of person is he…?

She forced herself to breathe, suppressing her panic.

This could not be told to Minato.

Absolutely not.

That man would attack Minato if provoked.

Minato trusted him too much — would never guard against him.

But if Konoha drove Evan away…

What about the disaster he predicted?

If she and Minato truly died…

What about Naruto?

Her thoughts twisted into chaos.

After standing dazed for a long moment, she slowly descended the stairs—

And froze.

Three ANBU lay unconscious in the corner.

He had knocked them out without her noticing.

He had been beside her the entire time.

So when did he do it?

A chill crawled up her spine.

Meanwhile, Evan exited the Hokage Tower.

He walked toward the Konoha Prison.

He had harvested a great deal of "wool" from Kushina —

a very profitable visit.

And Kushina's taste…

The faint scent on her lips…

The softness of her—

He chuckled.

As for his supposed ability to predict the future?

Only fools believed that.

And Konoha was full of fools.

He merely knew the plot.

Naturally, everything he said hit the mark.

Pushing aside his thoughts, he focused on his system.

[Ding! Consumed 10,000 hatred points. "Spirit-Sword Manipulation" upgraded to Lv.4]

[Ding! Consumed 100,000 hatred points. "Spirit-Sword Manipulation" upgraded to Lv.5]

[Next upgrade requires 1,000,000 hatred points]

Evan clicked his tongue.

The stronger the ability, the more hatred it required.

That's why divine arts like the Eight-Nine Arcane Art or Heaven-and-Earth Manifestation stayed at Lv.1.

One million hatred points was a mountain.

If he waited to accumulate that much, he would've died long ago.

He continued refreshing—

[Ding! Consumed 100,000 hatred points. Draw-Sword Technique upgraded to Lv.9]

[Next upgrade requires 1,000,000 hatred points]

By the time he finished, his hatred points were completely drained.

But he was satisfied.

Sixteen years reincarnated into the Shinobi World—

He had gone from timid weakness

to someone who could finally protect himself.

He had tasted bitterness, betrayal, despair.

That's why he gave his heart to no one.

He trusted no one.

Because this world was full of lunatics.

Someone kills my parents? I forgive them — Ōtsutsuki Naruto.

Family vs. village? Of course the village comes first — Dad, Mom, go die — insane.

The girl I love died? Everyone else must die too — Pure Love War God.

"There's not a single normal person in this world," Evan muttered.

But he didn't mind.

After all—

He was destined to become the Heavenly Lord of Love of the Naruto world.
