The incident happened many years ago.
Winter of 2011 — December — Lyon, France.
In the southern outskirts of old Lyon, in a district known as Beaumont Lane, there stood the abandoned Beaumont Mansion. Locals whispered that strange, ghostly things happened there.
And the rumour wasn't entirely false.
After 7 PM in winter, people avoided the area. By 8:30 PM, the entire neighbourhood would go silent — as if the whole region had fallen into deep winter sleep.
On some nights, a faint humming voice could be heard from inside the mansion..
