My Girlfriend Is Stronger Than the Demon Lord – Volume 16 (Chapter 16)

The demon realm had settled into a deceptive calm after the Shadow Clan's repeated attempts to cause trouble. But Aria, as usual, could sense trouble brewing long before anyone else.

This morning, as we walked through the castle gardens, a messenger imp scurried up, panting.

"My Lady! Reports from the northern and southern tribes—they're organizing a joint delegation… and they insist on testing your leadership with a grand duel!"

Aria raised an eyebrow. "A duel… now? Eren, do you see why I never get a day off?"

I rubbed my eyes. "I think 'duel' is just demon-speak for 'let's see if we survive today.'"

She smirked. "Exactly. But let's make it… entertaining."

Within hours, the delegation arrived. Dozens of demons of all shapes and sizes stood before the throne room, weapons drawn and expressions serious.

The leader, a towering demon clad in black and gold armor, stepped forward. "Battle Goddess Aria! We challenge your authority. Prove you are worthy of ruling us all!"

Aria yawned. "Oh… a challenge. How quaint." She casually lifted her staff. The air around her shimmered, her aura glowing faintly.

Before anyone could blink, she gently raised a hand, and every weapon hovered in place, suspended midair. Not destroyed. Not hurt. Just… neutralized.

The delegation stared in shock.

She turned to me, her cheeks faintly pink. "Eren… watch. I want them to understand strength doesn't have to hurt anyone."

With a soft flick of her wrist, the floating weapons formed a beautiful, spinning display around the demons before gently lowering to the ground.

The leader gulped. "My… my Battle Goddess… we yield."

Aria smiled softly. "Good. Now, let's talk about governance… politely."

I grabbed her hand. "You just won without fighting. Again."

She laughed, squeezing my hand. "Eren… sometimes controlling chaos is far more impressive than destroying it."

And so, once more, my girlfriend ruled with unmatched power and unshakable calm, turning even the fiercest challengers into respectful allies—all while still somehow managing to steal quiet moments with me.
