Three weeks later.
"Ryo Stop! We can discuss it peacefully!", a Voice belonging to Jiraya yelled at Ryo, while trying to grab it's shoulder just from Ryo he push it away.
"Ryo please, you are being too impulsive!", The voice belonging to Tsunade said.
"I am DONE with that old man and his naive ways! How can he still think of peace!", Ryo replied while waking down the hall of the Hokage Mansion.
The Hokage mansion is the command center of the village, where the Hokage office is present. [basically the Hokage building from canon Naruto, but in this fanfic due to advance in technology and architecture, is build like a Mansion]
Orochimaru followed all Three of them quietly.
Ryo Slammed open the door of the Hokage office to see.
Inside the room sat Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage, behind his desk. Beside him stood two of the most influential figures in the village leadership—Koharu Utatane, the head of Konoha's medical administration, and Homura Mitokado, leader of the jōnin council.
Koharu and Hamura didn't take the intrusion lightly.
The two were the important people and the elders of the village and simply would not take such disrespect.
But Ryo ignored them as he Slammed his hands on the desk looking Hiruzen his teacher, straight in the eyes.
"How could you still, think of peace? KATO DAN is dead! You think The Red Village wants peace?!", Ryo kept lashing out on Hiruzen who remained calm.
The other Three Sanin also entered the room.
Ryo's eyes burned with anger.
"How can you still talk about peace?" he demanded hoarsely. "Dan Kato is dead! And you still sit here discussing diplomacy with those bastards!"
Behind him, Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru entered the office, the tension in the room immediately suffocating.
Ryo didn't stop.
"They weren't even fighting a battle!" he continued, voice rising. "Dan was guarding transport cannons, equipment! And what did the shinobi of the Red Village do? They sent suicide bombers!"
His fist slammed the desk again.
"They hid their chakra, waited until our forces passed, then blew themselves up! No warning, no fight! Just explosions!"
The memory clearly burned in his mind.
"Dan didn't even have time to react," Ryo growled. "One moment he was escorting the convoy, the next the entire area was a crater!"
The room stayed silent.
"Surprise attacks, underhanded methods, suicide tactics!" Ryo spat. "And you still believe they want peace?"
Hiruzen listened quietly.
His expression remained calm, though his eyes carried a quiet weight.
But Ryo wasn't finished.
"And that's not the only thing," he continued, voice turning colder. "You preach morality, but you protect monsters within our own village."
Hiruzen's gaze sharpened slightly.
Ryo leaned closer across the desk.
"You stopped me from killing Danzo Shimura."
Koharu and Homura stiffened immediately.
"You knew what he was doing," Ryo said, anger boiling over. "The experiments. The torture. The things he was doing to captured shinobi… and even members of the Senju in secret!"
Ryo's voice became harsher.
"I had proof. I had witnesses. And what did you do?", His eyes drilled into Hiruzen's.
"You protected him."
Koharu finally snapped.
"That is enough! These accusations—"
"Shut up," Ryo cut him off without even looking.
The room froze.
Even Jiraiya looked shocked at the bluntness.
Ryo's gaze never left Hiruzen.
"You call this leadership?" he said bitterly. "You let enemies kill our people with cowardly tricks, and you shelter traitors within our own walls."
For several seconds Hiruzen said nothing.
Then the Hokage slowly stood up.
His movement was calm, but the shift in the room was immediate.
"Are you finished?" he asked quietly.
Ryo's breathing was heavy.
"For now."
Hiruzen folded his hands behind his back.
"You are grieving," he said.
Ryo scoffed loudly. "That's your answer?"
"No," Hiruzen replied calmly. "But it explains why you are speaking with anger instead of reason."
Ryo's eyes flashed. "Reason?"
"Yes," Hiruzen said. "Because if you were thinking clearly, you would remember something important."
His gaze hardened slightly.
"You almost killed the Third Raikage three weeks ago."
"If he had died," Hiruzen continued, "Kumogakure would have declared war immediately."
Ryo clenched his fists. "They attacked first."
"That does not matter to a grieving village," Hiruzen replied calmly.
Ryo's voice rose again.
"So I should have just let him walk away?!"
Hiruzen's eyes narrowed.
"You nearly ignited a war that would have killed thousands."
Ryo laughed harshly.
"So that's it? I'm the villain now?"
Hiruzen's voice became firmer.
"You are becoming something dangerous. And rapidly causing trouble for Konoha!"
Ryo's expression darkened."What's that supposed to mean?"
"It means," Hiruzen said steadily, "that your hatred is beginning to control you."
"You speak of protecting the village," Hiruzen continued, "but your actions are driven by vengeance."
Ryo leaned forward again.
"And what if they are?"
Hiruzen's gaze sharpened.
"Then you are no longer acting as a shinobi of this village."
The words hit the room like a shockwave.
Ryo's eyes widened with fury.
"You think I'm the problem?!"
"Yes," Hiruzen said bluntly.
Ryo opened his mouth to shout again—
"Enough."
The single word carried the full authority of the Hokage.
The entire room froze instantly.
Hiruzen's voice became cold and absolute.
"Ryo."
For the first time since entering the room, Ryo fell silent.
"You will not speak another word," Hiruzen said firmly. "Not in this office."
The Hokage looked directly at him.
"Effective immediately, you are confined to house arrest. Until the peace negotiations with the Red village are over, then we will do a court martial. "
The declaration stunned the room.
Jiraiya stepped forward slightly.
"Sensei—"
"This is not a debate," Hiruzen interrupted.
His gaze remained locked on Ryo.
"You will remain in your residence until further notice."
"We will see about that!", Ryo yelled.
"RYO, I AM HOKAGE!", Hiruzen shouted Ryo.
"Who do you think I am Danzo? To hell with your Authority as Hokage, I have started to hate the days when is respected you and thought you could change!"
Ryo ran off from the office.
