📜 Chapter — The upcoming battle
And as soon as Odin stepped out from behind the rock…
the horse saw him and immediately assumed a fighting stance!
When Odin saw this, he chuckled softly, raised his hand toward the small pond between them, and said: "There's no need for all this worry… I came to show you my pond, not to harm you."
As soon as the horse heard this, it looked closely at Odin…
and slightly reduced its hostility.
But it did not fully back down…
It stomped the ground in a threatening manner, as if the land belonged to it.
Odin looked at the horse…
and couldn't help but be surprised, then shook his head at its behavior.
When the horse saw Odin's reaction…
it stopped what it was doing.
It realized…
that it could not threaten the person in front of it, nor defeat him.
So it lowered its head in regret and looked at the pond…
as if bidding it farewell.
Odin looked at it and said: "If you wish to approach the pond, I will not stop you."
As soon as the horse heard this and saw the sincerity in Odin's eyes…
it began to walk slowly and cautiously toward the pond.
It kept glancing at Odin every few steps…
until it finally arrived.
And as soon as it reached the pond…
Odin smiled coldly.
And waved his hand.
In that very moment…
the horse felt danger!
But before it could fly away or escape…
a terrifying force surrounded it, and it lost consciousness instantly.
Odin looked at the horse lying on the ground coldly…
then let out a faint, sinister laugh and said: "Did you really think, horse, that you could dare drink from this pond I worked so hard to find? How dare you?"
And as soon as he finished speaking, he stomped the ground heavily…
sending the unconscious horse crashing into the rock it had been hiding behind!
At that moment…
Hades and the others appeared, shock evident on their faces.
Hades looked at Odin in confusion and said: "Why did you do that? I thought you would try to tame it with kindness and honesty…"
Athena then continued: "I didn't expect this level of cruelty from you."
Odin looked at them and shook his head, saying coldly: "I don't have time for these emotions… or for such naïve methods."
Then he added: "I will simply take control of its mind, dominate it, and feed it my energy… this is better than building stupid trust."
Before his siblings could respond…
he smiled and said: "Go, Poseidon… and transport this lake to the village."
Then he added: "And make Freya responsible for it… she possesses life energy and can handle the power of this lake properly."
Poseidon looked at Odin and nodded…
then carefully used his power to move the lake without spilling a single drop.
After that, he vanished, taking the lake with him.
Odin looked at the others and said: "You all leave as well… and prepare."
Then he added firmly: "We will soon begin controlling that cube… and forging a weapon for Asgard."
As soon as Odin finished speaking, both Hades and Athena sighed, then disappeared from the place.
Odin turned to Hela and said calmly: "When we finish building this weapon… it will be given to you. You are the only one with enough power to control it."
Hela smiled slightly and said: "Thank you, my ruler… I will never forget your favor."
And as soon as she finished speaking, she too disappeared…
leaving Odin alone with the unconscious horse.
He looked at it and let out a light laugh: "You will become a special creature… and you will fight alongside me in my coming battles."
He raised his hand…
and the horse rose high into the sky until they reached a dark cave—the raven breeding cave.
He gently dropped it there, then began feeding it his energy, saying in a low voice: "Go again to the continent of Mira… the ravens there are not enough for me to see everything."
Suddenly…
dozens of red eyes appeared inside the cave.
In an instant, swarms of ravens burst out, cutting through the sky like black shadows… heading toward the continent of Mira before vanishing eerily.
🌍 On the Continent of Mira
Lilith was flying through the sky, heading toward the human empire, trying to find the reason behind the sudden movement of the dragons…
but she suddenly stopped…
then quickly turned back, as if she had sensed something unnatural.
In the same sky…
an angel sent by the Archangel was also flying, tracking events inside the empire.
But before he arrived…
he felt a strong demonic aura.
He paused for a moment, then smiled—a mixture of excitement and anger.
He summoned his glowing sword… a blade blessed by heaven to shine even in the darkest darkness.
And he immediately rushed toward the source of the energy.
On the other side…
Lilith sensed his angelic aura.
She laughed softly and pulled out a strangely shaped scythe, surrounded by dark energy.
She thought quickly: "Not here… I don't want to attract the dragons' attention."
Then she turned away and left the continent of Mira.
But the angel understood her intention immediately…
and followed her from a safe distance.
Both of them knew the truth…
⚔️ The battle is coming… but not here.
