Once Dante entered his apartment, he sat down on his bed.
Then after his nerves settled down, he walked to the bathroom and closed the door.
He opened the dungeon list and used his key to open the Zombie apocalypse dungeon.
All other dungeons were still locked.
Dante quickly entered.
Once inside he mentally cursed himself.
Fuck!! I should have waited till I got a weapon!!!
Well, whatever I'm here now so I better clear it as fast as I can.
Zombie apocalypse: Kill 100 zombies.
Once the countdown ended Dante first looked around.
Same thing as last time.
He started off with Triple cast and instantly shot 3 zombies in the head.
After that he ran away.
Then after Light bullet cooldown was over, he instantly killed another one.
Like that he passed the time, using triple cast and Light bullet whenever he could.
After some time passed.
"Dungeon complete"

Light Wave: shoots out a wave of Light horizontally which ever way you are facing.

Dante gained 100 exp for killing the zombies.
His Light Release leveled up and his Light bullet both leveled up. They were both at level 2.
Dante needed 100 more exp to level up to three.
As soon as he exited the dungeon, he learned the skill.
He now knew 2 Light Release jutsu, and his second one was a frontal AOE. He could probably clear the Zombie apocalypse dungeon within seconds. He just needed more keys. The only downside was the chakra cost. 100 chakra was almost all he had. He wouldn't be able to use it in combat effectively.
At his current chakra capacity, one use and he was out of the fight.
Still good for killing mindless zombies he thought to himself.
He exited the bathroom and prepared for bed. Once he layed down, he heard footsteps on the roof.
Probably, just some Ninja passing through.
Just as he finished that thought he heard more footsteps.
There was a lot of ninja passing through. They too hurried to worry about noise.
After 15 minutes they stopped.
I wonder what that was all about. Not my business. It's too late for me to worry about and besides it's not like I can do anything if something happens.
Dante then fell asleep.
Morning came and Dante woke up.
He prepared for academy like usual.
Once outside he heard whispers like usual.
As he was walking to the academy he heard ninja's whispering.
Did you hear, orochimaru has gone rogue.
Last night all jonin in the village were summoned to the hokages office. Then squads of chunin were sent to sweep the surrounding forest.
I heard the hokage was enraged like never before.
When Dante heard the ninjas whispers, it clicked.
Orochimaru had defected last night, which meant Hiruzen caught him doing his human experiments.
So orochimaru defected, that's good.
Now I don't have to worry about being a lab rat Dante thought.
As Dante was close to the academy he saw Taka and his dog Dorgo.They were at the front gate, just waiting.
Hey loser, yesterday was a fluke. You just got lucky. Rematch me today, same place same time (bark!). He then went inside the academy.
"New Quest"
Taka wants a rematch, he thinks your win didn't count.
Reward: 3 free stat points

Dante accepted.
I wonder, if I hadn't asked to train with Haro, if he would have asked me instead. Would I get a quest everyday to train with him?
Oh well, he had no reason to talk to me, so I doubt he would have asked.
It's good training even without a quest. I need to get better at close combat, most fighting happens in close range anyway.
Once in his class, Dante sat down at his desk. He looked around, most kids weren't from clans.
So, I'll most likely be paired with two other civilian kids.
I don't know any of them, when I first got here I spoke to clan kids first.
Sora, the first person I spoke to.
He looked for her in the class, she was sitting next to Megumi and Sona.
He looked towards Megumi.
She looked back, and Dante noticed she isn't hiding her forehead which means she's from the main branch of her clan.
He then looked towards Haro.
He was sitting with Take and Agui.
I guess that's this generation of "Ino–Shika–Cho".
Which leaves Sora out. Will she be paired with a previous generation?
Teacher Lanko entered the classroom.
He repeated the same thing as before.
This time he told Dante come see him before he went to train.
Once all the kids left Dante walked up to teacher Lanko.
Teacher, what's going on?
Dante here, I got you a weapon.
Hopefully it's to your liking.
Teacher Lanko handed a sheathed blade to Dante. Once in his hands he unsheathed it, it was double edged it was about 35 inches in length from tip to hilt. It wasn't anything fancy but it would do for now.

Dante strapped the sword to his waist, on his left side.
Teacher is there anything you need help with today?

Dante tried to get a quest out of him, but he failed.
I'll be training with Haro, Agui and Take at the academy training grounds.
Dante then left, he had a fight to get to.
Once outside he made his way to the place he fought Taka yesterday.
As soon as he got there he unstrapped his sword and before Taka could say anything Dante ran towards him.
As Dante was closing in he body flicker in front of Taka.
He then hit Taka with a flurry of blows.
Taka was unprepared, his defenses were down, once Dante's blows started coming in he tried his best to defend himself, but Dante was unforgiving.
Dante quickly knocked Taka out.
He then walked away.
"Quest complete"
Reward 3 free stat points, random dungeon key.
Having completed the quest, Dante was delighted.
He could farm this guy for dungeon keys.
I'll wait for him to wake up, I need to manipulate him into challenging me again.
So Dante waiting, he sat down and trained his chakra control, he had skipped it last night and needed to make up for it.
After 20 minutes Taka woke up.
Taka was confused when he woke up.
He was about to prepare to beat Dante.
Then he remembered, Dante had surprise attacked him. Instantly he was angry. Then he looked up and saw Dante, just before he could say anything Dante spoke up.
Just let me know if you want me to stop beating you, I'm not one to bully the weak.
Then he walked away, but before he got far he heard Taka yelling.
The one who is weak here is you, failure.
I wasn't ready and you surprise attacked me, meet here tomorrow. I'll beat you without a doubt.
Dante could have just reminded him that they were training to be ninja, that surprise attacks are common practice in this career, but he wasn't about to talk some sense into his free stat points and key farm.
So Dante kept walking.
Taka was infuriated.
Damn, bastard you'll see tomorrow I'll beat you to death!
Dante went to look for Haro and the boys, they always trained at the same spot.
When Dante got there they were fighting again.
This time however they weren't just using taijutsu, they were going all out.
Take was trying to catch Haro in a shadow possession jutsu, Haro was using his clans human boulder jutsu, and Agui was running away from Haro occasionally using a D-Rank water ball jutsu.
Dante wanted to join, but he didn't want to reveal his Light jutsu.
On top of that his jutsu's were for killing.
Sure he could aim for arms and legs but that would still cripple.
After not everyone can regenerate disintegrated muscles and bones.
In the end Dante did join, but he wouldn't use his Light jutsu.
He would fight with the body flicker and substitution jutsu.
They spent the whole day fighting again.
They switched it up, from jutsu use to strictly taijutsu and physical might.
Once the time came to go home Take spoke up.
How come you don't use any ninjutsu Dante?
Do you not know any?
I do, I know two but I haven't mastered them.
Haro's eyebrow raised, last night he said he knew one ninjutsu and he said he hadn't mastered it. His brother was right, he was lying.
Haro, without saying anything walked away.
Take and Agui both looked at him, Haro wasn't the type to not say his goodbye's, something must have bothered him and the only thing they knew really bothered him was when someone lied to him.
Take then said, we gotta go.
Yeah, see you around.
Dante was confused, Haro just left and then Take and Agui abruptly left.
What did I do wrong?
Then it hit him.... I forgot, yesterday I said I only knew one ninjutsu and Haro was there.
Why did I forget that... This is why I don't like lying, it always ends bad....
Then Dante made his way to his apartment, in a bad mood.
The civilians noticed his angered face and all Dante heard was whispers. All the way till he closed his door.
Damn, that's getting annoying. He thought about using transformation jutsu only for a second.
Nah, the civilians will have to get used to it. Otherwise that's their problem, I like my new look.
Dante then began his daily exercise quest.
100 pushups
100 squats
2 mile run
"Quest complete"
Noob Training: reward 2 free stat points.
Now then, I'll take a shower then I'll eat something and after I'll do zombie apocalypse again.
Hopefully I get something good.
Thinking about his gains for the day his mood brightened up a bit.
After his shower, he looked at his stats.

He gained 5 free stat points for today.
I've been putting all my stats into strength and agility, should I keep going or switch over to dumping them into chakra?
There is still 27 days till graduation, if all I do isn't the "Noob Training" quest I'll still get 54 more free stat points. Which is good, but I need to get stronger, faster. As soon as I reveal my kekkei genkai, I'll be targeted.
Either by Danzo, to join root, or die. Those would be his only two options for me.
Then there is Hiruzen the current hokage.
To be honest Hiruzen wasn't a bad hokage, just a bad person. He believed he was doing everything for the leaf, but having an entire clan massacred, not to mention the strongest ninja clan in the leaf.
That wasn't good for the leaf, Hiruzen only wants control, same as Danzo. The only difference is Hiruzen has to appear like a good person. Where as most civilians probably don't even know who Danzo is.
So I gotta find a way to leave the village for long periods of time.
I find someone who I can hide behind, until Hiruzen dies. Which most likely will be during Naruto's chunin exams.
Or I go all out, I might be targeted. But if I can get enough levels and stats. I'm confident I can kill anyone they send at me.
I've made up my mind. Once I pass level 11 I'll go all out, but for now I'll keep looking for ways to earn quests and keys.
Now then I'll put all my stats into agility, after all what good is a large chakra pool if I can't keep up with close combat ninja.
With that my strength and agility are finally aligned, with my growing physical stats and the inclusion of chakra my body is recovering from malnutrition fast, at this rate I'll be good in two or three weeks.
First he went to the bathroom and closed the door.
Dante then opened the dungeon list and entered zombie apocalypse.
Zombie apocalypse: 0/100
Dante waited for the countdown. Once it was finished the first thing he did was run.
He attracted all the zombies, then ran circles until they were all in the same direction.
Triple cast, Light wave....
Once he used the jutsu three frontal waves pulled out and killed most of the zombies.
The first wave took out 30, then the second wave took out another 30 and the last wave also got 30. There was 10 left.
Dante took one out with Light bullet and then he unsheathed his sword.
This would be the first time he ever used one for combat.
He went up to the leading zombie and cut off its head. Then he repeated that until there was none left.
Dungeon complete: score S+
Reward: +1 to all stats, skill: minor heat resistance, large exp orb (1000exp).
S+ score reward: dungeon unlocked "Boss Battle" + 2 dungeon keys
Dante was excited he liked the new skill, if he could train it and limit break it, he would be resistant to all fire jutsu, or maybe immune.
He was planning on using one key to enter zombie apocalypse again to test if he gets +1 to all stats if he cleared it with an S+ score.
The other key he would use on the new dungeon Boss Battle.
I'll eat while I wait for my chakra to recharge.
I'll have eggs with diced potatoes, I'll add onions and tomatoes to it as well.
Dante then began cooking, he wasn't the best at it but cooking eggs was very easy, it's difficult to mess it up.
Dante then ate his meal on the floor from the pan.
Once he finished eating, he cleaned up.
Then he sat on his bed and looked over his skills.
Light wave leveled up from 0 to 1.
Light Release was still level 2 but it had 100 exp points out of 300.
Then he noticed Scrappy it was max level at 10.
He would now learn taijutsu 10% faster.
He also got an new skill "Sword Proficiency"
Sword Proficiency: increases training speed with the sword by 0%
He then looked at his stats. He missed it.... He had leveled up, he was now at level 3.

Dante then waited for his chakra to top up, it didn't take long.
Once his chakra was full, he prepared to enter zombie apocalypse again.
Dante entered his bathroom again and closed the door.
He then entered zombie apocalypse.
Zombie apocalypse: 0/200
The number of zombies increased, this was good and bad.
Good because it meant more exp, and bad for the same reason.
He needed to remain under level 11 until graduation at least.
The countdown ended and Dante did the same thing as last time. Only this time there were still 100 zombies alive. Dante used his sword and Light bullet to kill them off.
Aster 30 seconds he used his Light wave again to kill the rest off.
Dungeon complete score: S+
Rewards +1 to all stats, skill book: Regen
Regen: regenerates health by 5 per second for 10 seconds.
Chakra cost: 25
S+ score clear reward: Large exp orb (1000)
Now that's some good stuff. I now have 2 large exp orbs. A way to heal myself even if it's just a little, and the S+ clear score gave me +1 to all stats.
I better use these exp orbs before I fight the Boss Battle.
After some thought Dante decided he would put all the exp into Light Release.
He was curious, what would happen if he maxed it out, then limit broke it.
His Light Release was now level 4 almost level 5.
Ok, now I wait for my chakra again and then enter the Boss Battle dungeon.
As Dante exited the bathroom he heard a knock. Someone was at his door.
Dante grabbed his sword and went to check who it was.
He opened the door, just a little bit to peek through.
It was Setto Senju....
Dante opened the door fully.
Hey what's up.
Setto stared at him.... You didn't come see me today..
Oh... I'm sorry, I forgot a lot has happened.
Hmm... Like what?
Uhm, I was practicing ninjutsu and lost track of time.
Well, no matter I came to ask you to protect my sister.
Huh? What? Protect? What do you mean?
My clan, there is only a handful of us left...
My father, my sister, my uncle, princess Tsunade and me.
A lot of my clan married out of clan, into the village, but most have been dying on missions for years...
I know you're strong. Everyone knows, people have been watching you.
When you spar with Take, Haro and Agui at the academy. When you beat Taka two times in a 1v1, and when you learned the body flicker technique in under an hour.
You have either been hiding your strength since you joined the academy or you have a bloodline that awakened recently.
Oh come on I'm not that strong, just a bit lucky that's all.

Before the break you were pathetic, and now you beat rank 3 in taijutsu, you fight on equal terms with Haro, Agui and Take. On top of that, your body it may look weak but trained ninja can tell.

As a reward I'll give you a house to live in, at the Senju compound.
Outwardly Dante looked surprised, but he knew what Setto was doing.
He was moving Dante closer, in case the attack happened at the senju compound.

I can. My father and uncle are both on missions and princess Tsunade hasn't been in the village for years.
Ok. When do I move in? Asked Dante.
Tonight, right now. It's not like you have a lot of luggage.
Dante looked around all he had was a shabby bed, his clothes that Sara bought him and his diminishing food.
Alright lead the way said Dante as he started packing.
Setto helped him carry the clothes.
Dante put all his food in bags and left the bed. He then grabbed his toothbrush and he was ready to go.
Dante thought about it, and if what Setto said is true then being in the senju compound can buy him a little more time. He doubted anyone would attack the compound, if Tsunade heard about it she would definitely make her way back to the village, and whoever's been taking them out on missions won't want that. It was mostly likely Danzo and his root, after all he was orochimaru's partner. They needed human sacrifices for their wood style experiments, and what better test subjects than the very people who share DNA with Hashirama the only know wood user before the experiments.
Besides he got a new quest and this one was interesting.
"New Quest" Help setto protect his sister Sona.
Reward: Bloodline unlock.
It was a strange reward, he already had his bloodline unlocked. Light Release, he had minor nature absorbtion too.
It wasn't passive, but that probably has to do with getting the lowest tier possible, and he had cooldowns.
So why would I get something like that? It was really weird. So he chose to accept the quest, mostly because of the quest reward.
He wanted to see what it would do.
As they walk to the Senju compound,Dante looked around.
Setto was right, he was being watched, not by jonin. If he was being watched by jonin he would never be able to spot them out. Most were low chunin, but there was a couple of them, some in disguise and some using the transformation jutsu. He could some out, only because their clothing was imperfect.
The way it moved as they moved, it didn't make scene. He saw one move is arm, but the extra clothing under his arm didn't move at all. Like as if it were solid. Another one was wearing baggy pants, but he walked like he had never been in a pair of pants like that.
The closer they got to the Senju compound, the less Dante noticed ninja following.
Once they were at the gate, Dante couldn't spot any followers. He either wasn't being followed or he was being followed by jonin.
Setto then lead Dante to a house. The house's were about 15ft apart, near identical, two floors.
The house next to it was occupied, there were lights coming from it.
Thats where my family lives, looks like my sister is home.
Setto led Dante into the empty house, it was surprisingly clean.
They dropped all his stuff in a corner of the living room.
Dante I'll leave you now, there is a bed in the master room.
Just like that, Dante got a new house.
From the gutters straight to the top, and he wasn't even a ninja yet.
