"No. It's worse. It's a documentary filmmaker."
I blinked. "A what?"
"Documentary filmmaker. Her name is Naomi Chen no relation to any of the other Chens in our lives, apparently. She's won awards. Does investigative pieces about organized crime, systemic corruption, all that. And she wants to make a documentary about you."
"Absolutely not."
"She's been researching for six months. Interviewed former FBI agents. People from the old Commission. Even some of the girls from the Webb rescue. She's building the story with or without your cooperation."
"Then she can build it without me."
"Isabella, think about this. If she's making the documentary anyway, wouldn't you rather have input? Control the narrative? Make sure she gets the story right?"
