These last four days Dexter and Elizabeth had spent them rebuilding the laser tech but of course Dexter had to do a bit of tweaking to ensure that Andrew didn't come in and destroy the work.
Dexter and Elizabeth had finally finished on their work.
"I am sure Andrew would be surprised by the sudden turn off events." Dexter said with a grin.
Elizabeth also smiled, she knew Dexter was full of ideas but his new idea of his really surprised her.
"Just a few more finishing touches and we'll be done."

Andrew's assistant was informing him of all that Dexter had done in the last few days.
Today was the last day of the bet and from the information he got, Dexter hadn't made much progress from the time when he destroyed his work.
Andrew feeling cocky couldn't help but say, "I knew he was useless." with a huge smile on his face.
He seemed to forget that he had not even discovered anything in the years that he had researched.
"You know what Mark, How about we do the presentation Infront of the whole facility." Andrew said with a devious look in his face.
Mark his assistant, seemed to get what he wanted to do and complimented him for his genius.
"We would head to Mr Patrick's office later this afternoon."
"Let's see how you would look when you see your precious daughter get embarrassed in front of everyone." Andrew thought.
Just thinking about it made Andrew excited.
As Andrew planned to go to Patrick's office, someone had already beat him to it.
Dexter and Elizabeth were already in his office and they just explain the laser tech and their tweaks to it.
"I am impressed, you really pulled you weight this time Dexter." Patrick said as he patted Dexter on the shoulder.
"And what about your daughter, I was involved to." Elizabeth said playfully.
"Of course my daughter is the best." Patrick said then looked over to Dexter, "I am sure you didn't come here just to tell me about the project."
Dexter smiled at Patrick perceptiveness and said,
"As a matter of fact I do have something I want to ask, is it possible to display our new project so the whole facility can see it."
It seemed Dexter also had the same mindset as Andrew, they both wanted to badly humiliate each other.
"Why not, it's best if everyone can see this technological wonder."
Dexter, Patrick and Elizabeth chatted for a while before Dexter and Elizabeth left.
Not to long after they both left Andrew and Mark walked in.
Patrick was surprised to see Andrew and wondered why he decided to visit him.
"Mr Patrick nice to see you." Andrew said with a smile.
"Just get on with what you want to say." Patrick said coldly, not interested in Andrew's antics.
If he knew Andrew's true character was like this he wouldn't have hired him in the first place.
"Hmm.... It seems that Mr Patrick wants to get on with it, very well, I want to ask for Dexter and Elizabeth laser tech presentation to be viewed by the whole facility." Andrew said.
Patrick was shocked, that was exactly what Dexter was asking for and Andrew just asked for the same thing.
"It seems these two both think alike, they want to embarrass each other." Patrick thought.
Andrew seeing Patrick thinking, thought he was considering his daughter.
"Sir, you are the guy who spoke of code of conduct, I do not believe you would be partial to your daughter would you?" Andrew asked.
Patrick seemed to understand what Andrew was doing and thought even less of him,
"How did I hire this guy in the first place." Patrick thought.
"Ok then, I would accept your offer." Patrick said and put out his hand for a handshake.
"Good," Andrew said and shook his hand.

The president has finally arrived in California and wasted no time in heading to the military camp.
There he went straight to Patrick's office.
When Patrick heard the president was there to see him he froze.
"What could cause the president to come and visit me?"
He was just about to head out and watch Dexter and Elizabeth's presentation, now that the president was there, he had to wait and see him.
Soon a man in his late sixties walked in with a man in his late forties in tow.
It was the president and his advisor.
"Hello, Commander Patrick how is it going?" The president asked and shook Patrick's hand.
He found a chair and got comfortable, he noticed how nervous Patrick was and said.
"No need to be nervous I just want to ask you a few questions."
"Anything." Patrick replied.
"Good."
"Has your facility created any futuristic suit lately?"
When Patrick heard the question he froze, the president saw this and said,
"So can I see it?" The president asked.
"It's not with me, it's with one of my employees."
The president raised and eye brow when he heard what Patrick said, a futuristic suit not in his possession.
"Ok then, that me to him." The president said as he stood up.
"Right this way." Patrick said as he made a gesture for the president to follow him.
