"Surprisingly, I can't get hold of that woman using my authority as the District Master." Xavier sat before Noire as she laid in bed, still unconscious and pale, though her breathing was returned to normal.
Xavier decided to settle at the tall walls of the district center itself, not only they were protected by the tall walls, they were also unlikely to get raided by other monsters and players because of the wyvern den inside the district center itself.
Unless, the wyvern alpha decided to destroy this walls out of boredom or this walls are suddenly bombarded with magic.
Xavier glanced at his bestfriend, leaned forward and placed his head at her abdomen. She was still cold, atleast breathing fine.
I wonder who was that woman that attacked her... If I'm right, she must be that woman we're warry about.
Her class is potentially a unique one, a ghost or spirit like class... But her fighting style contradicts that of her class. Wearing an armor and sword, as well as engaging front. Can't exclude the fact that it might be her strategy, considering that a curse like spell that she casted on me needed close target to work.
In any case, I'm weaker than Noire right now in terms of level... My physical is still the same but my magic went down as my level decreases. I took the gamble and it worked somehow, I just needed to guard Noire until she was conscious again.

The group of Hesta finally met the District Master of the current district their were in, and luckily, it was one of the commander in the Righteous Rising Group.
"I'm glad we hadn't lost a commander... But your soldiers didn't die in vain, and I hope so." The District Master of the 7th District was an adult woman, likely in the age of 30+ with defined body due to hardwork to maintaining her body in shape. She was also tall, standing at 180cm, her hair was dyed in blonde, tied into ponytail that reaches until her waist.
She wore a clad of silver armor like Hesta, though she was equipped with a spear and not sword. She was beautiful in standards that Daniel appraised her beauty secretly.
"It was a shame, Eliza, but I wouldn't let them down." Hesta declared as she shook hands with Eliza who had a rough hand, just like the same as Hesta.
While the two lady discussed and shared information with themselves, the rest who is consisted of Daniel, Gallard, and Eleanor went to settle near the 7th district center which doesn't really differentiate from 10th district in terms of design.
Though, the 7th district was also a flat land just like the 10th district, but it was not mixed of commercial and residential facilities, but was more consisted of many scattered industrial sectors and facilities.
"No wonder why the new government chose this district to reclaim." Gallard remarked. As of now, the three were eating lunch in shared table in one of the few apartments in the district.
"Did they used all means to reclaim this district... And is it reclaimed as whole already?" Daniel asked, before sipping a tea to his mouth.
Is he in diet?* Eleanor can't help but wonder as Daniel, from the start, was eating less despite her weight and body.
"I don't know the latter, but I heard that many new soldiers had died reclaiming this land, generally the surrounding of the district center." Gallard just finished his lunch when he leaned to the window and started smoking.
"Uh... Eleanor, how about we hunt some monsters somewhere?" Daniel had made the courage to ask Eleanor who also just finished lunch earlier and finished washing her face too.
"Hmm... Where?" Eleanor just finished washing her face and asked in return.
"I don't know, really." Daniel scratches the back of his head. "But we can just explore nearby while also remembering the area around."
Heh heh, this is the best plan so far to get closer to her... During this journey, I hadn't talked much to her because of the other two.

"Ugh..." Noire opened her blurry eyes and slowly saw the dark surroundings. Despite trying, she can't move her body at all, like she was constrained with a rope in bed like being gagged just like she used to do with Xavier.
"Where am I?" Eleanor tried to look around, but failed as she was fixed into single view forward and there is nothing... When suddenly.

4 days had passed since the start of the Chapter 2. Just 1 day more until week of its arrival and Xavier had kept guarding Noire who was still unconscious in the bed.
During the past few days. Xavier used his physical speed to quickly replenish stocks from the base which is their apartments, towards here in a single go, thus he was able to satiated his hunger while also feeding Noire bit of bit of blood from him.
Xavier had transferred atleast a couple digits of milliliter of blood, twice a day. But thanks to red meat and other food that fasten the recovery of blood as well as his enhanced endurance, Xavier was able to partially recover from those.
"I'm going to turn pale at this time... So wake up you bitch." Just as he said that, Noire slowly opened her eyes and with blurry vision, she saw the face of Xavier.
"Who's bitch?" Her first word after being in coma for atleast 5 days.
Xavier was surprised, but then slightly smiled.
"You... You were the Bitch."

After Noire woke up, she told all her experiences for the time she was unconscious with Xavier, including the experience while fighting the ghost lady, the vampire race, and the unconscious space.
"Of course, I will help you level up... We can just kill all the players in the protective dome there for your experience."
"And underestimate them again?"
"Come on, I know that you were eager to kill someone this past few days, considering that you might get left in leveling up with others, especially that woman who took me out." Noire scoffed as she held his hand. "And, I can't let the nightmares she inflicted to me happens..."
Xavier glanced at her, the latter was not looking back but kept holding her hand as she stared at the distance beyond the window of the walls.
"What in the hell did you experienced in that nightmare about?"
"Ugh... I don't want to even remember it but it kept in my head even in the unconscious space."
"You know I'm open ears all for you."
Noire glanced at him, then leaned forward and pressed her side as she leaned in his shoulders.
"You died in my arms..."
"Like hell it will happen, I would die, but now in your presence... I'll make sure of that." Xavier scoffed.
"Argh! It is not like that!" Noire tightened her hold of Xavier's arms. "I'm afraid of you dying, idiot!"
A silent appeared after that. The sun was just about to reach it's peak and the two was hid just below the roofs of the walls. Noire wanted to basked her body to the sun after not being able to during these time she was unconscious.
"Then, protect me so that I would not die in your arms."
"Fucker... Tsk, fine, I'll do that like we didn't did since the start."
"For now, let yourself rest and eat some food... Oh, you're a vampire now." That feeling, Xavier let go of Noire's embrace, broking the romantic scene as he back away, both hands against his neck.
