Yesterday night before Noire and Xavier left the house for the negotiation and the massacre of the adapters. The latter ordered the two to wait in the dawn in the path where Hesta would might ran to after the battle. During that time, the two didn't know that Gallard, the old man joined their forces but whatever, they're easy opponents.
As of now, the sun was rising up and the edge of the district center near the walls are covered in flesh and mostly crimson bloods.
This is the aftermath of the Crimson Cries, aka the blood rain that Xavier sent there. It killed most of the soldiers in the army there. About 90% of their total population, giving Xavier enough experience to leap from level 13 straight to level 20 with what he expect to be 2 more level reserves for the next chapter.
Surprisingly, Xavier didn't get any new skills or passive from the two 5 level mark. He only received two more system function which he deemed to be more greater than any skills out there.

With this new system function, the classless class is equivalent to someone who purchased VIP and other pay to win content, hahaha!
Xavier checked the new merchant system and saw various items of all sorts. They're are no limitation to variety be it some powerful dragon slayer sword or even the deity pass to enter the world of gods. The only problem is that they are twice expensive as the normal item sold in chapter shops.
I have mostly 10,000 coins at my account right now and the most useful item to me is at 50,000 coins, this is really a pay to win system. But that can be solved with this new another system!
Xavier also checked the Raising System. It was basically a bank where either coin or experience get deposited on and will increase in number overtime.
The minimum time is 30 days while doubling the number of anything added in the system. The downside is that I can't withdraw them before the 15 days mark which is 1.5x in return.
Xavier had really no use of the reserved experience right now as he didn't know when will the chapter 2 end and the coins is also another matter.
The coins in his stocks is somewhat useless to him as for right now with two reasons; (1) is that the merchant system will ask double the price and Xavier only found useful item in the expensive area of the shop and also, he didn't search deeply enough to the system and (2) is that Xavier will also not use the coins to buy stat equipment as his current stats is already high.
I used the 7 level up rewards to increase my physical stats to 4 and my spiritual stats to level 3.5, With this level, I can already feel the power surging within me. If level 2 is an athlete level, and level 3 is inhuman level, then level 4 is a superhuman level.
If level 2 athlete can lift 1000kg with difficulty and level 3 inhuman, 5000kg in minimum, then level 4 superhuman can lift atleast 50,000kg in the bare minimum. No, I'm not exaggerating and no, this is the truth.
To put his theory to life, he lifted a normal sized house earlier with ease and tested it again by throwing them far enough between 1km to 3km far. And during this time, Xavier didn't even get tired or stressed to his body as the physical stats affected all his body like speed and endurance alike.
Speaking of speed, I can now move in the speed of sound, false speed of light when trying my max but they put a heavy tall to me as the body of human, even a superhuman can't handle it well. I can only travel using it for no more than 5km and will last for no more than a seconds or I'll explode. This is based on the theory that I read in the past.
I also cannot feel fatigue no matter what, let alone my diamond like endurance. This level of power, is very exciting.
To his satisfaction comes down the regret of Noire.

Automatically, Xavier became the District Master of the 10th district. He discovered that the oppression skill will make the subject feel an intense pain and at max, they will be killed on the spot if their level is below 5. This comes with a heavy toll in mana but Xavier had no problem with that.
With a thought, Xavier killed all survivors in the district below level 5, pushing his stack of level to level 25 and gave all the reservoir levels to Noire and in instance, this grumbling girl immedietly thanked Xavier like he was her god or something.
"Hahaha, thanks bro!" Noire kept patting hard Xavier's back out of generosity and hostility. "Because if you didn't give all of it, I might have to kill you for it."
Of course, Noire didn't mean that. With the gift from Xavier, she jumped from level 11 to level 18 in instance. Maxing the level of the "Blood Consumption" skill while also gaining another passive:

It was not technically a passive but more of skill, but the fact that it didn't use mana to use makes it a passive. Noire leveled this up to level 2.
Back to Xavier, he didn't longer felt the presence of the Eleanor and Daniel since he tasked them to go for Hesta and secretly infiltrate the new rising government in the capital district. He felt this with his new title skill of the District Master.
"We already drove off the soldiers from the rising government... If their new leader is smart, then they would not send any more armies here, instead let us be here since we declared that we already reclaimed the district."
"Hmm... What about the orges forces?"
"Mmm, we still have uses from them, the district great boss will spawn 24 hours from now, I think that will unlock the next chapter, allowing us to raid other district, potentially killing both side out of their experience."
"Good, then I'll take the title of the District Master in the next district we conquered. For now, let's relax since we can't go anywhere."

Still, with their effort, the four managed to leave the 10th district before it closed down and now they rest at the 7th district, just one more for they arrived at the Capital District.
Eleanor and Daniel already earned the trust of the two quicker than they thought.
Thankfully, their desperate for help, if now, then we'll have no choice to act as the weak one seeking for help yet they chose to recruit as another adapters since their last soldiers had fallen defending them. * Eleanor thought, they guarded the night with Gallard while Hesta slept in another room and Daniel slept in another room different from the latter.
At the dead silent of the night, Gallard spoke in hoarse voice that gave a chill in Eleanor's spine.
"What are you're intentions?"
