"Yes." Bella Acker lowered her head, her small face the size of a palm pale with sadness. "There is no fetal heartbeat; I have to undergo surgery to remove it. But I... I don't have enough money at the moment."
Sandra Woods finally came to her senses, "Does your boyfriend know about this?"
