The Silver Base Armor is an entire set of enchanted equipment that, once worn, can significantly enhance one's strength. When a low-level professional wears the high-level Silver Base Armor, they directly gain strength comparable to a high-level professional!
If a high-level professional wears this armor, the minimum capability is to dominate the high-level, but if a particularly powerful high-level professional dons the high-level Silver Base Armor, it's entirely possible to fight on equal terms with a Level 15 Master Level Professional and even defeat them, which is quite normal.
