Chloe Sterling felt like this meal tasted like wax, obviously the food was so delicious, but looking at those two across from her, her stomach seemed already full.
Old Mrs. Sterling was smiling, barely eating herself, just watching Sierra Summers eat.
As Sierra Summers ate—or rather, was fed by Caleb Sterling to the point of being seventy percent full—Old Mrs. Sterling put her chopsticks down, picked up her teacup, took a few sips, moistened her throat, and looked at Sierra Summers with laughter in her eyes, "Cecilia, when do you think we can gather the two families together and discuss the wedding planning?"
Caleb Sterling slowly lifted his gaze.
"Caleb Sterling! Now you know to look seriously at me, the old lady? When things exploded before, letting Cecilia get involved because of you, what did you say to me?"
Old Mrs. Sterling seemed to snort angrily. She mimicked Caleb Sterling in front of Sierra Summers, saying, "This is a matter of time, I will handle it well."
