Chapter 1 - EP.01

A dusty wind swept across the archaeological site of the China International Archaeology Organization.

"Sir, we've discovered an ancient tomb!" Member A reported excitedly.

"Take me there," the commander said, his tone steady, eyes shimmering with curiosity.

"Yes, sir!"

They arrived at the tomb.

"Sir, we're here."

"Understood."

The commander stepped inside, carefully examining the stone walls. Suddenly, his gaze stopped at an ancient stone stele.

Complex, archaic script was carved onto it, exuding a mysterious aura of time.

"Someone, bring this stele back."

"Yes, sir!"

The stele was transported to the research institute.

That night, under the flickering laboratory lights, the stele suddenly glowed.

At the same time, a group of strange people gathered outside the facility.

At that moment, the stele shot a beam of light into the sky!

"Open fire!" Security A shouted.

Gunshots erupted.

The strange people charged through the hail of bullets, tearing into the guards. Amid the chaos of blood and flame, one of them seized the stele and opened a mysterious gate.

From within the gate, a cloaked figure stepped out—dark, enigmatic.

"At last… the seal is broken."

He lifted his head, a faint smile forming.

"And now… I must find BAI-X."

Malaysia

Under the bright sun, a young man burst out of his school gate.

"Stop right there!" Teacher Wang shouted.

"Bye, teacher!"

The youth jumped onto his motorcycle, twisted the throttle, and sped away.

His name was Jiang Zhengyi.

On the road—

A cannonball suddenly fell from the sky.

BOOM!

His motorcycle exploded. Zhengyi was blown into the air and crashed onto the ground.

"OW—! What the hell?! Who attacked me?!" he screamed angrily.

Ahead, a creature—neither human nor beast—slowly approached.

"Wh—what is that…? A monster?!"

Police sirens blared.

A squad of moto-police arrived, led by Chief Zhang Lang.

Zhang Lang inserted a special key into his motorcycle console.

"Buka Sistem! (System Unlock!)"

"Yes, sir!"

"Activate the laser cannon!"

"Roger that!"

"Buka Meriam Laser! (Open Laser Cannon!) Tiga! Dua! Satu!"

Beams of laser fire shot toward the monster.

Light and heat intertwined.

The monster roared wildly, shredding the officers—blood splattering across the asphalt.

Zhengyi staggered backward in fear.

A child cried in the rubble.

The monster advanced toward the child.

"STOP! YOU DIE IF YOU TOUCH HIM!" Zhengyi roared and rushed forward—

only to be slapped away like a ragdoll.

"Damn it…"

At that moment, the ancient script from the tomb glowed once more.

A divine light shot down from the sky—

and enveloped Zhengyi.

The cloaked man sensed the energy and smirked.

"So it appears… His aura."

The light faded.

A metallic belt appeared around Zhengyi's waist.

"What… the hell is this?"

A calm voice echoed in his mind.

"Greetings, human. You have been acknowledged. I shall bestow my power upon you."

"Who's talking?! Now's not the time for jokes! HELP ME KILL THAT MONSTER!"

"Only you can accomplish that. Insert the key into the lock on your belt."

Zhengyi looked down.

A key had appeared in his hand.

"Huh?"

"Do it."

He hesitated, then inserted the key and turned it.

The Driver flashed—

Driver Voice: "BAI-X!"

A burst of white light

Armor wrapped around him—

Jiang Zhengyi became a White Knight.

"What the—this thing is insane!"

"Say your catchphrase."

"Uh… COME ON! BE PURIFIED!"

"…Good enough. Go."

Zhengyi charged with his sword, clashing violently with the monster—

but was knocked flying.

"Oi! Catch!"

A sword dropped from the sky.

"Oh—nice!"

He grabbed it and slashed—one strike, two strikes—

"Enough!"

"Hah?"

"Turn it back, then forward again."

Zhengyi followed the instruction.

Sword Voice: "HEY! BRO! ARE YOU REDDY?!"

"I'm ready!"

A flash—

Monster screamed—

BOOM!

Smoke dispersed. Zhengyi knelt, exhausted.

"Phew… done."

Gu Xing's voice echoed: "Not bad."
