Cloud keep on running toward the escape route without looking back.
He run with all his might without thinking about his stamina at all.
It is a life or death situation for him right now.
This might be his only opportunity to escape from this calamity.
As Xiao Fan and Fang Yue look on with happiness that Cloud successfully passed the boar, the boar start to slowly chase after Cloud again.
The two begin to cheer for Cloud. Fang Yue is doing it in her heart while Xiao Fan cheer for Cloud out loud.
The two keep rooting for him as Cloud keeps on running.
But Cloud's current distance from the two is quite considerable. He has been running toward the opposite of the escape route after all.
By this time, the boar has also start gaining speed.
At the beginning it was slow, then gradually it became faster and faster.
It start to gain on Cloud even though Cloud is already running at his full speed.
Although that's the case, Cloud did have a head start as he ran instantly as soon as he passed the boar.
So there is still a wide distance between the two.
As the two keeps on running toward the wall, the distance to it gradually shortened.
By this time, Cloud is starting to check the boar behind him from time to time.
It is already right behind him but his destination is also within reach.
As Cloud got closer to the jutting rock wall, he sees Xiao Fan and Fang Yue standing on it.
He then look back to the boar, then to the two again, then to the boar again.
After that, he shouts to the two: "Go! Leave! I wouldn't be able to make it! Go and bring help quickly!"
Cloud has considered the distance, his speed and the boar's and determine that he would not have enough time to get up before the boar come crashing into him.
Looking at the two that is within the collision range, Cloud tells them to go first.
If the boar's charging hit the wall where there is the jutting rock and the two, then they would definitely be hit by it as it is tall enough that it can reach the jutting rock area.
Seeing that he wouldn't have enough time to get up, Cloud decides to turn away from the jutting rock where there is the exit.
He turn and keep running toward the right instead.
He doesn't want the boar to charge into the only place that have an exit.
He wouldn't be able to leave if the boar destroy that area.
Seeing this, Fang Yue also pull Xiao Fan away from the edge to avoid being targeted by the boar.
But unexpectedly for everyone, the boar keep charging toward the jutting rock area.
It ignore Cloud who is running away and it also doesn't seem to go after the two.
The boar seems to be cleaver enough to understand that this place where Cloud was going toward is very important for him.
The boar doesn't know that the place have an exit because the hole cannot be seen from below.
But it is cleaver enough that it has noticed that the three humans seems to be going toward it.
As Cloud watch in shock, the boar hit the wall hard.
It hit exactly around the area of the jutting rock, destroying the rock completely and flattened the wall around that area.
Xiao Fan and Fang Yue saw the boar as it was charging straight to where they were.
They quickly run deep into the opening in the wall to avoid the collision.
They even had to jump in the end to barely avoid the mess caused by the boar.
As Cloud saw the boar back away from the wall, despair appears in his heart as he see the opening on the wall is no more.
The boar's collision with the wall destroy the wall around that area. The opening on the wall is buried by chunks of rocks that came down from the destroyed wall.
From Cloud's point of view, he can't even determine where the opening was anymore.
It all just look like a wall without any openings anywhere to him now.
Seeing this, Cloud can feel the urge to kill the boar rising within him.
He can see that the boar is determined to kill him. Then again, he did massacre its entire family so that's make sense.
But even though Cloud feels like killing the damn boar, he doesn't have the strength to do it.
So he can only grit his teeth and think of another way to survive.
