Tony walked closer and looked down at Thor.

"…Yeah," he said.

Frank crouched beside Thor and checked him.

"He's alive," Frank said. "Just unconscious."

Natasha crossed her arms.

"That makes two gods down in one day."

Clint shook his head.

"I'm never going to get used to this."

Coulson stepped forward aas he looked at him " I don't think he needs healing magic"

Tony looked at Sharon.

"Remind me not to get on your bad side."

Sharon shrugged.

"I was seeing how good I am against them."

Tony sighed.

"Yeah, noted."

"Alright," he added, clapping his hands once. "Let's move. Before another god shows up."

Frank and Clint lifted Thor carefully.

Even unconscious, Thor was heavy.

"Why are all these guys built like tanks?" Clint muttered.

They carried him toward the Quinjet.

Inside, Loki was still strapped to the medical bed.

His eyes were half open now.

As Thor was brought in and placed on another secured bed beside him, Loki slowly turned his head.

He stared at Thor.

Then at the team.

Then at Sharon.

For a moment, he said nothing.

Tony walked in behind them.

"Well," Tony said casually, "family reunion."

Loki frowned slightly.

"…What did you do to him?"

Sharon leaned against the wall.

"He tried to take you," she said simply.

Loki looked at Thor again.

Then back at Sharon.

"…And you stopped him?"

Clint laughed.

"Stopped is one way to say it."

Frank added,

"She knocked him out."

Loki stayed silent for a few seconds.

Then he slowly leaned his head back.

"…Interesting."

Tony raised an eyebrow.

"That's all you're going to say?"

Loki closed his eyes again.

"For now."

Tony looked at the others.

"Yeah… I don't like that answer."

The Quinjet doors closed.

The engines powered up.

Slowly, the aircraft lifted off from the destroyed forest and headed back toward the helicarrier—with two gods onboard.

The Quinjet flew steadily through the sky.

Inside, the atmosphere was quiet for a while.

Only the sound of the engines could be heard.

Clint sat near the side, looking at both Thor and Loki.

"You have all of Asgard. Why come to our little old Earth to start your invasion?" Clint asked.

Loki stayed silent.

"You know, we can still beat the hell out of you before getting an answer," Sharon said, showing her glowing fist as she looked at Loki. "Wouldn't it be better if you just tell us?"

Loki looked at her and smirked.

"I am already healed," he said calmly.

"That makes it even better," Sharon replied. "I can beat you again without holding back."

Loki fell silent.

Natasha stepped forward slightly and looked at Loki.

"You're not as calm as you pretend to be," she said.

Loki didn't reply, but his eyes shifted slightly.

Sharon leaned back again.

"Relax," she said. "I won't hit you… unless you give me a reason."

"Or if you don't start talking," she added, looking at him coldly.

Loki smiled.

"Does it matter?" he asked.

"You won't be able to stop it."

"That's for us to decide," Tony said, looking at him.

"We already know you plan to open a portal to call your friends. The question is—why?" Tony asked.

"I don't think Earth has anything you would want… or anything your backer would want," Natasha said.

Loki looked at Natasha for a few seconds.

Then he smiled again.

"You think too small," he said.

Tony crossed his arms.

"Yeah? Then explain it to us."

Loki slowly stood up inside the glass cell.

"I am not here for what your world has," he said. "I am here for what it can become."

Clint frowned.

"…That doesn't sound good."

Loki continued.

"Earth is weak. Divided. Easy to control."

Sharon's eyes narrowed.

"Say that again."

Loki ignored her.

"With the power I will bring, this world will kneel," he said calmly.

Tony sighed.

"Yeah, I've heard that speech before."

Natasha stepped closer.

"Who is backing you?" she asked.

Loki didn't answer.

Instead, he looked at Sharon.

"You are strong," Loki said. "But even you cannot stop what is coming."

Sharon didn't reply.

"Hahahahahaha," she suddenly burst out laughing.

"This is actually funny," she said, holding her stomach as she wiped her tears while laughing out loud.

"I am strong, you said? Hahaha," Sharon laughed as Loki looked at her.

"Has she gone mad from my words?" he wondered.

"Nah, it wasn't that hurtful at all," Clint said as he rolled his eyes, looking at Sharon and wondering why.

"I am nothing but second to last under Ethan. There are many more powerful people above me," Sharon said.

"Not to mention Ethan himself. He is also powerful enough to lay waste to whatever army you bring," she added.

"And unlike me, who is merciful, the others are bloody hounds. The moment they see any harm coming toward their master, Ethan—you will die the very next second," Sharon said, looking at him mockingly.

"Such lies won't work on me," Loki replied with a smile.

"Am I lying?" Sharon asked, smiling. "Aren't you the god of tricksters and illusions? So see it yourself. Am I lying right now?"

Loki's lips pursed.

'She isn't,' he thought inwardly, but he didn't show it on his face.

Loki stayed silent for a moment.

The room felt heavier.

Tony noticed it first.

"…Yeah, that didn't sound like a bluff," he said, narrowing his eyes at Sharon.

Clint leaned back slightly.

"Second to last?" he muttered. "That's not a comforting sentence."

"It is what it is," Sharon shrugged.

"How many are under Ethan that are better than you?" Coulson asked.

Sharon smiled. "That's a secret," she said.

Everyone looked at her, but no one asked further.

"I know there is Storm and that hot secretary of yours, Aria, but I haven't seen anyone else around Ethan," Clint said.

"Did you really think Ethan would reveal his cards when there are guests like you around?" Sharon asked.

Clint nodded. "Yeah… I guess not."

"Speaking of insane killers, I'm pretty sure that's what that Storm guy is. And now you're telling me there are more hounds in Arasaka… that's seriously something," Tony said.
