· Master Control Ultimatrix (Integrated): Through the reality-warping power of Alien X, Lionel has permanently integrated the Ultimatrix into his DNA, making it function more like a mutant ability than a device. It contains the full DNA library copied from Primus and is locked to him as the sole administrator.
· Rick's Portal Gun: Stolen from the corpse of a dead Rick he encountered during his travels. He has since reverse-engineered the formula for portal fluid.
· Enhanced Human Physiology: His base form has been permanently uplifted by the cumulative genetic changes from his alien transformations. He now possesses physical capabilities on par with Captain America, augmented by enhanced intelligence, speed, fire control/generation, plant control/generation, flight, regeneration, and minor adaptability.
· Pika Pika no Mi (Light-Logia Fruit): Grants the ability to transform into, control, and generate light. The standard Devil Fruit weakness to seawater is nullified outside its home dimension.

Biography
Lionel died on his original Earth and was reincarnated with his memories intact into an alternate Ben 10 universe. He grew up in Italy as the son of a low-level mafia grunt. As a Black child in that environment, he faced severe racial profiling and trauma, events that would later shape his cynical worldview.
Upon turning 19, he saw Ben Tennyson on the news and realized which universe he was in. He immediately packed his bags and moved to the United States, driven by a singular desire: to acquire power for himself.
To achieve this, he meticulously crafted a persona. He pretended to be a nice guy, a lost soul, and a grateful victim after engineering a "rescue" by Ben. He ingratiated himself with Ben and his team, even undergoing Plumber training to join them on adventures.
His opportunity arrived when Azmuth created the new Ultimatrix. In a gesture of friendship, Ben offered it to Lionel to test. The moment it bonded to him, Lionel betrayed them all, using a stolen stun grenade to incapacitate the entire group, including Azmuth.
He teleported himself and the unconscious Azmuth to a remote moon. Knowing Azmuth could reclaim the watch at any moment, Lionel used a stolen "Recall Gun" to download a vast cache of the Galvan's memories, including technical knowledge and, most crucially, the Master Control command codes. He also discovered a secret phrase to forcibly assume control of Alien X for one minute, bypassing the need to debate its celestial personalities.
Lionel activated Master Control, locked Azmuth out of the system, and transformed into Alien X. Using his minute of absolute control, he:
1. Permanently enhanced his base human form.
2. Unlocked and augmented his magical talents.
3. Transmuted the Ultimatrix from a device into an innate biological power.
4. Forcibly copied the entire DNA library from Primus before severing the connection entirely.
Fearing retaliation from powerful entities like Doctor Paradox or a time-traveling Ben, he immediately used his new abilities to shunt himself out of the Ben 10 multiversal cluster and into the wider omniverse.
He spent the following years as a drifter, adventurer, and pirate across countless realities. His journey was cut short when he portal-jumped into a new universe and found himself trapped. The entire local multiversal cluster is shielded, preventing his escape.
Now, he is stranded and ready to insert himself into the chaotic landscape of Earth Bet.
