Sudhanshu:"is he perhaps... Adi?"
Darya stood stunned, this guy knew the man behind the beast. She thought "how does he know him?".. " Are they together?".... "Either way, if he's his friend or whatever, he's also a threat for me... I'll have to take both of them out.".... " But, he cancelled my magic like nothing, and is still so cool about it."... "Just who the hell is this guy?"
Darya stared at him for a moment before her wound was healed, then she lunged at him. Her light sword swings right to his neck.
She thought to herself.
Darya:"he doesn't look much like a combat type... I can take him down with this."
As she thought that, she was met with a opposite situation, sudhanshu had blocked her sword with his index finger.
He looked at her with a questioning look, but still playful.
Sudhanshu:"woah,...calm down, sis... I am not here to fight and... Besides that, I don't hit women. So, please don't force me to fight you."
He said with a sheepish look, while rubbing the back of his neck.
Darya stumbled and then jumped back to a certain distance, she was shocked to see that he blocked a energy sword with just a finger.. It wasn't even as hard as the claw of the werewolf.
Just then Darya looked at the werewolf, who was whimpering and stepping backwards.
Darya:"who the hell are these guys?.. They don't have any mana flowing out, yet they are they are both incredibly powerful... I don't have to think about this.. I have to take them down and leave before daryan finds me... I don't know what power he might've gained by now."
"If what nikolai told me was true... Then I have to get this power as far away from him as possible."
4 years back, in that wooden cabin, where Darya was cuffed and nikolai stood in front of her.
Niko:"Daryan don't want a family anymore... That treasure he have... That's all he needs... The key to conquer the world. The power to erase anything or anyone that can be a obstacle in future."
"You want to know, why he kept you alive for so long?."
Darya was sitting, staring at him, anticipated about what's the reason.
Niko:"it's not because he likes you or your mother... He kept you alive for your bloodline... The hero's blood. You and your mother are the only being, that can get him the power to conquer the world."
"That crystal feather... He had it since he met your mother... That crystal have the power to absorb the energy of divinity.. The power that your bloodline holds, and whoever breaks it gains all the powers that's stored in it."

Darya looked at sudhanshu and the werewolf, sudhanshu was looking at her with curiosity, about what she's thinking about. And just then she heard a voice from behind herself.
??? :"Hey,.. Kid."
The voice was familiar... It was.. Daryan.. When Darya slowly turned back to look at him, she froze. Daryan was there, his hair turned white. Black suit, light blue shirt and a black tie, his face expression was a frown as he scowled at her... But the thing that froze Darya wasn't daryan.
But, just 2 steps on the right from daryan, a member of his gang was holding a chain, tied to which was, darya's mom, marya.. Cuffed with the hand cuffs and chain. Her eyes blind folded, her body bruised.
And just then, Daryan starts talking.
Daryan:"Where. Is. The. Crystal?"
Meanwhile, sudhanshu walked to werewolf and smacked his head, to which, he reacted with a growl and immediately cuts himself off as he looks at him. And as he calms down, he turned back into adi, the only clothes remaining on him being his boxers and the tattered tank top.
Sudhanshu:"how did you turn into a dog, bro?"
Adi grumbled and scoffed at him.
Adi:"that was a wolf."
Sudhanshu rolled his eyes.
Sudhanshu:"I know that.. But if you became a wolf,... Then it's a dog."
Adi scowled at him, but just immediately stopped and went to the pile of flesh that was on the ground in front of his ruined house.
Sudhanshu saw it and hesitantly asked, trying to make it a light mood.
Sudhanshu:"uhm.. What is that?... Someone left meat on your door."
Adi's face darkened after hearing that and he clawed his hand on sudhanshu's face, which, he dodged. He stood stunned for a moment, but then looked at him with concern.
Sudhanshu:"hey... What happened here actually."
Adi stood in the same position, with his claw tight. He then clenched both of his hands into fists and says.
Adi:"that's... That's... Gr–.. Grandma–."
That froze sudhanshu, and few seconds later his face became dark, his eyes narrowed and glows a soft red.
Sudhanshu:"who.. Did this."
Adi tries to shrug the feeling away and points at darys, who was talking to daryan. His hand trembling and he points the finger at her, he never looked at her.
Sudhanshu took a moment before he took a position to charge at her. But, just then he heard a bit of their conversation.
Daryan:".. Where is that crystal!?... Give me that crystal if you don't want to see your mother turning into ashes."
Sudhanshu heard it and, ... Now he was in a uneasy position. "Was she also in a tight place?"... "Did she do this for a reason, that she couldn't deny but kill someone?".. " Still, it shouldn't be left without punishment.. But,... Let's see what's going on with them."
Darya:"mo–."
Daryan:"Where is the crystal!?"
Darya flinched from his interruption with a raised voice. She then turn to him, trying keep herself composed, and responds.
Darya:"I–.... I consumed it."
Darya went silent, then his scowl deepens and he threw marya in front of her, Darya's sword disappeared as she went forward to hold her.
While she got distracted by her mother, daryan stabs a light sword of his own light sword.
Marya:":GAH!"
He had the same type of weapon as Darya. A red light sword, that he stabbed into marya from behind, tearing from her spine to chest. Not one, not two, not three...
Darya:"NOO!"
He kept pulling out and stabbing back in her until Darya kicked him away and held her mother in a embrace. She was panicked, marya was bleeding and gasping. Darya pulled marya's blindfold away and started to put her mana in marya's wound, the goo flowed from her armour gontlet to the wound on marya's chest.
Darya:"No, no, no, no, no, no, no... This can't be happening.. How, how, how... How can she... We.. We are supposed to be immortals... H, h, h, h–.. How?... Mom?... Please talk."
Marya, while laying in darya's embrace, raised her hand and gently cupped her cheek. Responding in a soft and pained tone.
Marya:"I.. Warned you.... But.. Don–.. Cough!.. Don't worry... I will.. Never die."
Marya pulled her hand down from darya's cheek and pokes a finger in her chest.
"I'll.. Always be here.. With you."
Darya's eyes watered as she saw marya's eyes going dull with passing time.
Darya:"but.. How can you you get hurt?... W.. We are immortals.. So... How?"
Marya chuckled gently through the pain. And says.
Marya:"the immortality you know.. Cough cough!... I–.. It wasn't us who was immortal... It was you."
Darya's eye's widened at that. This was supposed the n'th time, where she got shocked in 4 years.
She stared before asking in a soft questioning look.
Darya:"wh–.. What?"
Marya placed her whole palm on darya's chest and says.
Marya:"the sword of the hero... In the village.. That was connected with you... We were immortal, because you were in the village.. That sword and you have a deep connection... The feather that your father ha–!"
Darya stabbed his light sword in her mouth, cutting her off mid sentence, marya went motionless the moment he pulled the sword out of her mouth.
Sudhanshu, darya and adi.. All of them froze in place... Darya's tears stuck on the corner of her eyes.
Sudhanshu and adi had an inner termoil.
Sudhanshu:"that's... Just what the hell is going on here!?... She killed a innocent.. But now she herself is suffering... Just Who's the evil here!?
He thought to himself in a frantic, not sure if he should save her or not.
Darya sat by her mother's body, trembling and unmoving from her place. Daryan looked down at her, his jaws cleanched and eyes narrowed with rage.
Daryan raised his sword and swung it down on darya's neck.. But, just before making contact with her neck, time stopped.. Everyone and everything.. Even the floating dust paused in midair.
Darya looked around, confused... As suddenly, she saw a woman in front of her... A woman with bluish black hair, dull gray eyes. In an elegant, divinely shining armor. She looked just like darya... Just her hair and eyes looking different.
Darya looked at her with confusion and asked.
Darya:"Wh–... Who are you?"
The woman looked at her and smiled.
??? :"Already forgot about me?... I wasn't sealed for that long... Mother."
Darya's eyes widened.. That voice,... It was familiar... That's Cartherina.
Darya:"Ca–.. Carth–.. Cartherina?"
Cartherina:"Yes,... I am back.. Since, you broke that seal crystal, you know?"
Darya was shocked.. But, then she started sobbing... Looking down at her mother... Her bloody face and wounded chest.
She sobbed and asked cartherina.
Darya:"why.. Why is this happening?... Why is father doing all this... Do–.. Does he really care about nothing but power?"
Cartherina's smile faltered after hearing that... She took deep breath and said.
Cartherina:"mother... Your father.. He's not your father."
Darya paused while sobbing... Confused. She asked her.
Darya:"Wh–.. What.. Do you... Mean?.... How is he.. Not my father?"
Cartherina looked away and frowned, she said.
Cartherina:"your father did came top of the mountain, where I was at... At first, he was just a plain curious man.. Looking at the crystal, that almost made him blind with it's light. But.. When he touched it.. The crystal.... Cartherina paused, contemplating her words. The crystal absorbed his soul... The person you are seeing in front of you.. Is not your father... But a body with just dark mana... He's not alive... He's similar to a demon.. No soul, no life, immortal energy who takes over bodies of those who hold power and can be consumed.. You father's soul is not in that body."
Cartherina stepped forward and picked a finger in darya's armor crest. Which made Darya see her father's smiling face and his voice, saying.
Daryan:"find the skies, find the seas... Find me everywhere but you'll find me only where stays my daughter's heart fields."
That's when Darya realized... That the person in front of her wasn't her father... But a doppelganger.
Her father was nowhere.. But in herself... His soul was with her.. She felt a hand placed on her left shoulder. When she looked up, it was daryan... A white light transparent daryan's soul. Darya's eyes started to water as just then another hand is placed on her right shoulder. When she looked up, it was marya... Both marya and daryan smiled at her and said.
"Pick up the aura sword."
And just after saying that, they both turned into particles and got absorbed into daryas armour crest. The rainbow like mana changed to dark glowing sunset orange. She looked at herself in awe and confusion, And looked at cartherina. She asks.
Darya:"Wh–.. What is a aura sword?"
Cartherina smiled raised her hand... Her body turns into mana and fly away in the sky, Darya stared in confusion, she was confused because no one was explaining her about the aura sword. Just then, the time resumed and Daryan's sword made contact with Darya. Making a huge ball of dust, blocking his and everyone around there visions.
As the dust clears away, Daryan's sword was blocked by a cracked blade metal sword... Which covered with mana and made aura sword... Glowing orange aura covered sword like the setting sun.
